Really easy to access and very clean…
Really easy to access and very clean and neat storage rooms. Some minor issues with keeping the door open while moving stuff in and on a Sunday there were no carts available. Still moving stuff went well.

Great moving experience with Robert (Verhuishulp Utrecht Zuid)
I had to move furniture from my flat to Allsafe, and I couldn’t have done it without Robert.
He was energetic, helpful, and made sure my belongings were protected the entire time.

Unreliable company. A total waste of time. Had an intake at Allsafe Eindhoven. They came half an hour late, did not have the space I wanted and which was discussed on beforehand and tried to sell me a ten times bigger and more expensive storage room. Other people waiting confirmed that this was normal for the company, especially in the weekend.

Absolutely unprofessional
Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment twice, and both times, the employee never showed up. Instead of admitting the mistake, he lied, saying he called me (he didn’t) and then tried to blame me for being in the wrong place—when I was exactly where I was told to be.
To make things worse, when I spoke to the manager, instead of offering a solution, he asked me, “What do you expect me to do?” Excuse me? You messed up, so you should be coming up with an alternative, not putting it on me to fix your incompetence.
If this is how they treat customers before even signing up, I can only imagine how unreliable they are with actual storage. Stay far away from this place.

Worst security system in ALLSAFE, everything stolen from storage.
Worst security system in ALLSAFE.
On 23rd January 2025, everything has been stolen from my rented storage in ALLSAFE Nieuwegein.
The same day morning ALLSAFE Nieuwegein Branch manager asked me to share my lock code over phone so that he can open my storage to do some work inside, after that when I & my wife visited in the evening to check whether all is OK, we were shocked to see that from outside door was locked without any damage but inside my suitcase was broken and everything stolen. When we asked branch manager how it happened, he has no proper response. He couldn't share any evidence that what work he has done and why he open my storage and how all things got stolen.
Have raised police complaint for investigation.
Called to 08002557233 and explain my situation but they are not ready to raise any grievance. Asking me call back again. Looking serious investigation from ALLSAFE corporate team.
