I have ordered multiple times now and I'm impressed every single time. I actually messed up my last order and when I told them they were very quick to help me get a replacement with a good percentage off even though it was my mistake.

Rookie at ordering youth baseball uniforms and couldn't say enough about how great everyone was at All Sports. They sent me mock-ups, responded to all my questions prior to ordering and then addressed any shortages immediately. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!

I was impressed by my experience ordering from All Sports. At first I wasn't happy when told how long the jerseys would take to arrive, but then they ended up coming a day early. The basketball jerseys I ordered look great and the boys love them too. Shout out to Tammy for the help with the order.

I was put in charge of ordering uniforms at the last minute and had no idea where to even begin. I called and emailed several places but decided on All Sports due to their quick response time and very friendly staff. I was in way over my head but they held my hand through the whole process and made it very easy for me to get exactly what my team wanted. We received the uniforms today (a day earlier than they expected!) and the girls absolutely love them!! I can't recommend All Sports enough and will be a customer for as long as I'm in charge of ordering gear for my team

From the time the order was placed and this company had the order they under performed at every opportunity. I was told by a customer service representative that my order would be packed and mailed out the day the order was paid for. Well only 6 of the 34 item order was sent and arrived four days after the promised date. I paid for 2 day shipping. Two days later 12 items arrived. And an additional 2 tracking numbers popped up today. With these items expected in another 3 days. I asked for my shipping to be refunded, they said it was refunded, it never was. Do not waste your time or energy working with this company they over promise and under deliver. Their customer service is mediocre at best and does nothing it says it is. They do not stand behind their words. It appears less than 1/4 of the items shipped as promised the rest were way past the promised and agreed upon time frame.

Update: packages still late, customer service is not interested in making it right. The reply to my original review says that they have disclosures but they also have employees making promises they are not fulfilling and they have promises all over their website saying that blank uniforms ship same business day. That is not only not the case it didn’t ship completely for 3-4 business days. Dishonest and unprofessional customer service.

Well the package was delivered at 8:44 pm to someone else, UPS doesn’t know where it went and AllSports is unavailable and yet again has not responded to any emails or calls. The response below is all I have received. I can only imagine what would have happened if we asked for jerseys with customization. I bought blank uniforms and all items were in stock according to their customer support team. Shipping has not been refunded going on six days and no email was sent with a receipt showing the refund issued. Again, you should work with literally any other company.

This company has been wonderful to work with. We have had some hiccups along the way, but I do have to say they were quick to fix them and they went above and beyond to make everything right. They are very responsive on their chat feature on the website which is nice! We will continue to order from them!

Caitlin was simply stellar. We needed a specific design and we needed it very quickly within a certain budget. Caitlin and her team knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding. We had a problem with delivery because of an addressing issue with UPS. We had originally selected 2 day shipping but because of the address issue it didnt come on time. Lindsey H. was the customer service rep that I worked with and she was very hands on with UPS to try and resolve our issue. She emailed and talked to them on our behalf in real time and had answers for me within 30 minutes of me calling. On top of that because our package didn't come on time, she offered to do a 1 night shipping of the same items if the package didn't come on time just so she could help with our deadline. This was amazing customer experience that I've never had with other uniform places. She was a rockstar

Every phone calls stories/reason for damages to items would change, however they would always blame someone else.

We ordered pink jerseys for a Mother’s Day tournament and they came out so good that we ordered them in blue for Father’s Day. Order date to delivery was 11 days!!

The worse company!!!!. They can delay your order for as long as they deem necessary with no recourse or discount. After coaching for 20 years this is the worse company by far to get your uniforms for your team. Buyers please be aware!!!.
