For me, the service was efficient. I spoke to Jo initially who sent Ali who arrived about 1h 20 mins later (not quite under an hour but close enough). Jo asked for a £50 deposit.
Ali was quick, efficient and polite and then drove me and my car on his lorry to the garage, which was about 5 minutes away. I then paid up the total amount £192 by bank transfer (this includes the £50) - to Grips Tyres.

I had broken down on junction 9 of the M25 with my family. I struggled to find any recovery companies that could pick up the 5 of us. After searching for 15 minutes most companies said they could only take 2 people and we did not want to split up as we have young kids. Jake that attended us was very polite and professional could not have asked for a better service. I would definitely recommend there services

If I could give these guys 100 stars it would not be enough. The driver that came out to me Nigel was an absolute gentleman. He recovered my daughters car from Woking we was very impressed by the fast response time and quality of the service as a whole. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID for all cost- the con company, agreed to arrive at the place in 60-90min, 2hours later when I called him he promised he’ll arrive and do the recovery in 10-15 min… well 40min after that promise the guy stopped picking up my calls - when he picked up and heard my voice he simply hang up on me… disgusting behaviour…. They should never provide any services to people…. Ended calling a different company sorted in 1h time with the smile- dishonest childish person.

All Surrey recovery recovered my Mercedes Sprinter van from the A3. After calling around a few companies they were the best priced and quickest call out. Absolutely smashing service from Jake. Thank you to the team @ all Surrey

Absolutely fantastic service! Fast, friendly and very good rates.. The driver was brilliant with my family amid a crisis and made sure every step of the way was made easy as possible even making a Pitstone for my children to have a wee and leg stretch.. couldn't recommend enough!!

The good: turned up at the agreed time and took the car safely to the right place. The ugly: Told me it would cost £170 when I phoned to book, but after loading, the driver demanded £250 by cash or bank transfer. If I hadn't paid he said "he wasn't allowed to unload my car" and would take it to their car pound! Horrible experience!

I had an awkward collection and pick up of my classic car. I was booked in efficiently and Dan retrieved my car from a narrow alley and delivered to a garage. Great communication, very professional and friendly! Highly recommended!!!

Scam company. They ask for card details unlike anyone else and did not even take our location and wanted to hand up as soon, they had my card details as they never intended to come.
We then called them and they called us scam artists and were so rude. Stay away from this company.
