Warning! Purchased this watch as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December so obviously it was not used until the end of the month about 20 days later the watch stopped working, the watch was great up to that point so obviously we wanted to get it replaced. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I attempted to exchange my item and they were like is past 30days so you need to pay $55 to get it replaced. I was asking for an exception as obviously its a product quality issue. They ignored my requests and then responded with the same scripted response. Their customer service is beyond frustrating. Terrible experience. Do not purchase from them, not worth the aggravation. I would give 0 stars.

Of course after 30 days the watch no longer works. I contacted customer support and of course I got the same response that seems to be common amongst other people. If I could give this watch a half star I would only because it lasted for probably less than 30 days. Please if you read reviews DONT BUY AN ALPHA WATCH They do not last .. Completely disappointed..

Poor quality abd customer service. Band loop broke within a week and wanted me to buy a new watchband would not replace it. Be careful as they dont cover any issyes if its past 30 days no proper warranty unless you buy one. The build quality is not as advertised

I received the delta pro for Christmas in 2023. I lost the original charger so I ordered a new one from the company. The new charger, you have to hold against the watch to charge it. I emailed the company for advice, and of course my 30 day warranty has expired and since I didn't order the year warranty, they can't help me. I have emailed multiple times, but come up with the same results. So, I will get a Garmin or Galaxy watch. At least they help the people buying their products.

It is ok, not the quality I would have liked. I needed a tough watch because I work in LE and this seemed to fit the bill. It's a cheap Chinese watch like most on the market, but I have been in a couple scrapes with it and it's lasted so far.

This company is a complete sham. I have contacted them numerous times to get an RMA and nothing. Watch is a POS and so is the company, they will not last nor will the watch

What ever you do if you change your mind send them back right away please don’t open the package they come in. They will not take them back once you open the back regardless if you decided it wasn’t the watch you wanted. I’ve already bought 6 from them but sending back the last 2 that are not opened to get my money back!!!

Watch does not preform as advertised. Time/ weather is always in correct. NO AND I MEAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! BUYER BEWARE. DON'T BUY

To the consumer, I stress do not buy these garbage watches I have two of them and they've died!! These are not worth what they say they do!!! Made in China and they say they're water resistant haha that's a joke they're garbage don't get them wet!! Hopefully consumers read my review and save themselves a lot of headache!! I stress to you they're a waste your money. I hope you see this review. Don't waste your time try to talk to anyone there's no toll free number for customer service that's a joke! I have two sitting in my closet and they're both dead. My plan is to mail the pieces of s... back. I don't want them taking space. I've wasted over $200.00. It's a scam don't buy them please, total garbage how much more can I stress don't buy them garbage watches!!!!

Bought a new Alpha Gear Watch in April. The Alpha Pro, paid $100. Ive had two watches with the DaFat app software and truncated android style interface. It's not an easy OS to use, has a lot of flaws, but more importantly, this company will NOT stand behind their product. It claims it's IP68 rated for water resistance, which is a lie. One waste deep dip at the beach and the watch was toast. So I'm past my 30-day return window and didn't buy the 1-year warranty, so I'm out the watch. Never again. I'll save my money and get a Garmin

I had bought 4 watches last year and gave them away as gifts. They're such value for the money spent on them. Battery life is great and the watches are just nice and solid. Love the call and sms features. Looking at buying more for xmas gifts this year and maybe an upgrade with the new women's one.

I'm very disappointed with alpha watch.I bought a watch for my husband and it only last 7month. It vibrate but it doesn't turn on.its not cool I spent over $100 for a watch not to work as it should be.

The watch was great till it started to malfunction. Tried to contact them several times but they have yet to respond back. I’ve only had the watch for 3 weeks.

They sent me a new watch and it works great, I woud give them 4.5 stars.

If your watch happens to not have issues, then you're one of the few. Don't try to email or contact them because they will never ever respond.

True scam artists. 1st watch purchased was ok. I went for a cheaper model. Purchased a 2 watch package and one did not turn on charge work just a paper weight really. I was told to purchase a warranty for 55 bucks to get a new watch. It will be my mission to now spread the word this family company are a family of crooks and theifs. Basically the Bidens!

This company is pedalling throw away watches and you don't even know it. I purchased a Alpha Gear Delta Pro watch in Dec of 2023 and its dead already, wont charge, I asked for support and their reply to me was we don't do repairs, but we can give you a 20% discount on your next watch? WOW really, its trash. stay the heck away.

Tried to return watch on the second business day as they have a three-day policy. They took six days to get back to me and then denied the return due to the 3-day rule. A real scam. The watch review and issues are;

Calander not working

Received my Juliet last week. I am very happy with it. Had a stroke several years ago and watch my blood pressure daily. The blood pressure monitor is a wonderful addition to the watch.

Do not waste your money!!!

This looks like a good watch. But the display is terrible! The return policy is 3 days!!! I have not used the watch. Just charged and immediately saw how cheap it was....

Unfortunately, I had a trip to take so on day seven after purchase, I asked for a refund and it was refused.

This is a terrible company that will take your money!
