Horrible return policy. Only buy if you know for sure that it's right. You only have 3 days after receipt so if it's a gift - be wary of timing. I will NEVER buy from this place again.

This company and the watches they sell are crap! And, many of the features they advertise are spotty at best, or don't work at all i.e. the sleep monitoring mode. I've heard of certain companies "sponsoring" people to give their products a positive review...not saying that's the case here, but I've heard of that. Furthermore, you have to download their app in order to use some of the features. I'm one of those nerds that actually reads the "terms and conditions." One of the sections stated that you agree to abide by certain things related to the people's republic of China...screw that noise!!! I'm an American!!! 🇺🇸

They refuse to answer questions on where they are located who owns the company if they are a Hong Kong based company why are there 3 watch apps all seem to be Chinese they will not include parts missing like charging cable they just charge you again they do not have band replacements in the colour purchased..

They are scammers con artists snake oil salesman They know the products are garbage they are nothing short of scumbag criminals Try to get info online it all tracks back to China they are not family owned operated out of Florida either.. no legitimate number to call..

Firstly customer support is lacking. I emailed a few times with questions, and all I got back was a message that my email was received and someone would be getting back to me. Secondly, I got the Raptor Pro and Bravo XL. After three weeks, the Raptor Pro quit working -- would power on to a blank screen. The Bravo XL at least is still functioning, but is highly inaccurate. Half the time it tells me I don't get to sleep until after midnight (I never stay up past 11), and during exercise sessions it may or may not give me a heart rate. Overall, a waste of money.

I bought a new alpha gear watch from alpha gear. It didn't last a month. Wouldn't replace it.

I purchsed the Alpha Gear Raptor Pro for my husgand for Christmas 2023. After 3 months, the rubber watch band broke. I reached out to the company, they offered me a 20% off coupon for any new band. I was a sucker and bought a nice metal band. Then after 8 months, the watch just stopped working. He could use it as a night light (barely). It is a piece of junk. I reached out to the company and was told it was after their 30 days and I didn't purchase the extended warranty. They offered me ANY new watch for $55. If your first watch didn't last more than 8 months, why on god's green earth would I want a new one?! I asked to be contacted by a manager. "I'm sorry, for your inconvenience" was all I got. I tried again and got "Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do". This is p!ss-poor customer service and they are scamming consumers to take their money and give them nothing but a piece of junk in return. Do not waste your money on this watch. It is great for the first two months and then it craps out.

I had my watch for 6 months and the screen stop working I email them. All I got what's the basic help reset and make sure the plug is in the correct 5v. Then a 25% off a new watch. I'm in correction and I need a watch that is reliable and a company who can back up there products

3 month later would not power on, on top of the fact operating app is trash wouldn't connect half the time. call and sold me a replacement for 60.00 it last about 3 months and app was no better.

I bought the Delta Pro in March. Screen went blank 3 days ago. Vibrated for one day, then I get nothing out of it. It’s a paper weight. I’ve sent a couple of emails they keep getting returned. Save your money.

Total garbage. Alpha gear delta model. Worked for 4 months... then it became nothing more than a piece of trash. Customer service is horrible, $55 for a replacement!
Save your money, don't give it away to these fools.

Less than 1 star. Raptor screen just black after a couple of months. Can feel watch buzz as usual but no display. Complete junk. Offered me any other watch for $55 extended warranty. Done buying from the Chinese.

If I could give less than one star I would. They do not stand by their product. I received the watch July 13th and by August 5th I reached out because the band broke to this new Commander watch. This watch is supposed to be strong. That's the whole reason I bought this watch! Do not make the mistake of buying this watch. It's not what it says is it. There is no customer service. Don't believe that there's a 30 day money back return policy, it's a lie. There isn't. And good luck actually speaking to someone. The phone number doesn't work. It's a scam. Alpha Gear is a Chinese scam company. Do not be fooled!! If you do buy this watch, you are on your own, and you just threw away your money. They will also stop responding to your emails. The watch arrived late, it came without a screen protector that they sent after the fact when I contacted them. Two weeks later, the band broke. I reached out again for a return, while I was well within my return time frame, and they took over a week to respond. By the time they responded, they said that I was beyond the return policy period. They waited to respond on purpose so that I could not return the watch. Underhanded business. I hope that others read this and are warned. Don't believe that they have x-thousand 5 star reviews. Look into them and you'll see what I did not. Thanks for reading.

Terrible watch. Can't live up to any claims on their website. Hopefully someone with more money and know how will sue them for me. Because I certainly cannot afford to do so. Shouldn't be in business and they should be ashamed of working there. There is so many good companies out there to work for! Why work for a poor company unless it's all scammers

Bought the watch for my husband for Father’s Day And he loved it! However, he wore the watch for five weeks before the screen went black, with no way to get it to stay on. I contacted the company and they told me my 30 day warranty was up and I did not purchase the one year Warranty. But they offered me the ability to purchase another with warranty for $45 or $55. Wish I had read the reviews prior to getting the first one. No way would I invest in this company again!

They don't answer the phone number provided, the watch stopped working after three months. Completely unacceptable! A garbage scam!

I initially loved my watch, the Juliet. However, within 2 months my touchscreen no longer worked. I am so disappointed and the refund policy is ridiculous. There is no way a watch should stop working properly in 2 months. I have attempted to reach customer twice with no reponse.

I bought my Bravo XL watch a couple of weeks ago. I like the bold design. It can also monitor your daily health data such as bpm, calories, blood oxygen levels and compares weekly progression. It also has a built in speaker phone to answer phone call on the go from a touch of the wrist.

Ordered the Delta pro and it worked great for three days .. I contacted them . No refunds even tho the web sites says it. What a scam. Won't reply to emails never answer the phone ect. Dooooo not buy from them. I filed with BBB .

I purchased the Delta C77 early this year, worked well for couple months then started not tracking/posting information, then wouldn't charge and cable seemed to not making contact.
Was advised need new cable at $20. Do not recommend watch for long term situation
