Absolutely amazing company. Repaired a pair of 1971 Square Raybans. Had different colour lens and they cleaned up the frames. They constantly kept me informed and was easy arrange the repair. Glasses are like new. I had thrown them in the bin. So glad I found AlphaOmega. Highly recommend 👌

Absolute disgrace ! My advice is avoid this company like the plague . Started off getting a quote for a stretched hinge , quote were fair at £40 plus postage both ways recorded delivery . Very quick response stating received the glasses and would be posted later that day . Then the nightmare begun , upon receiving my glasses back opened the parcel with a note inside saying they couldn’t repair the chip in my lenses ????? There were never a chip in my lenses to start with and I never asked them to repair a chip in the first place . The glasses were expensive and the lenses were put in specially being bi-focal and tinted automatically as light made contact . £315 for the lenses to be put into the frames I bought. I emailed alphaomega asking what this were about ? They firstly said if they had broken them they would have repaired them ? How when they are glasses with a prescription is anyone’s guess ? Then I replied , then I got back accidents happen and I’m trying to twist their words ! Then I got it could have happened in transit ? The glasses were in packaging inside a very strong case as a preventative measure against this ! They said I could send them back for them to repair , which my response were how can I trust them to repair something they clearly hid by trying to send them back in a worse state and hiding the fact they’d broke them . They then said they would send my initial payment back as a good will gesture 🤣🤣 they have cost me £315 for an initial repair of just short of £60 with postage . My opinion is there customer service is totally appalling and shameful. One of the worst I have encountered .

Bent the hinge on an expensive pair of sunglasses and opticians won't fix glasses purchased elsewhere. Sent them to alpha omega who repaired them and sent them back same day. Quick service, glasses now fixed and like new ready for my holiday.

These people are brilliant. I have an old pair of half rim glasses that I use for singing and I can't find anything like them on sale any more. They occasionally suffer from being sat on and sometimes the damage looks to be terminal. I've just had them back from their second repair by AlphaOmega with same day turnaround each time and even close-up I can't see the repairs.

I cannot thank AlphaOmega enough for saving and restoring two pairs of my sunglasses. With one pair of Designer sunglasses I had sought help with several other Established and reputable Opticians and was told there was nothing that could be done. Luckily, I did not get rid of them, because AlphaOmega restored them to their original condition in a matter of days!

He cleaned and restored my rare Oakley Juliette’s with brand new super cool green lenses .
So I sent him a pair of crosshairs and eye jackets , to which he’s magically restored too, AS NEW !!!!

Great repair. They actually welded the arm of my glasses back onto the main frame.
They also renewed the nose clips and gave glasses a good clean.
I didn’t think they were repairable but was so pleased to be able to wear them again as they were my most recent pair and were expensive. Very quick service too!

Absolutely fantastic company would highly recommend using them. From start to finish they kept in contact starting with letting me know my glasses had arrived, the parts had arrived, the glasses were fixed and in the post being returned with the tracker number- nothing was a problem. Great Service

You guys are amazing!!! Just received my Tom Ford sunglasses back from you. Not only did you fix the lense that popped out but you also gave them a quick once over with a clean and tightening of the screws on the arms. They look and feel brand new. I cant thank you enough, because they are limited edition sunglasses that were discontinued 9 years ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!

This company is amazing. Prompt assessment of the problem over email communication and photos. Easy to pay and super fast service - two pairs of Ray Bans repaired and returned within 1-2 days! Packaged well.
Not going to lie I honestly panicked that we might have just paid someone to steal our sunglasses 🫣 but I cannot be more wrong and cannot rate this company more highly!!

I must admit to being sceptical. I sat on my Rayban wayfarers and was told by two opticians that they were unrepairable. I found Alphaomega online and saw it had good reviews. They charged me £30 plus postage and I could not believe it when I opened the returned package to find my Raybans looking as good as they did when I first bought them. An unbelievable job at a reasonable price! Delighted!

I took an old pair of Ray-Ban aviators in, as I had damaged them on a recent trip. They’re 20 years old. The lens had fallen out and the frame was bent. They had my glasses for a little over 24 hours and then called me to collect them. For £15, they look as good as they did in 2004.

Amazing service! I snapped the arm off my reading glasses and couldn’t get them repaired anywhere. For £30 + postage I sent these off on Monday and received them back in perfect condition on Thursday. Speedy, brilliant service! Will recommend and use again 👍🏻
