They are terrible and lie
They are terrible and lie. What happened was, I had tried everything directly with my timeshare to cancel it. It seemed like I was getting nowhere. So contacted ATC to start the process. I check their agreement and it said I could cancel anytime. So, 5 days after the signed agreement was in place my timeshare said they would foreclose on it. I then told ATC to cancel their process, which they had not started. However, I chose to finance this transaction. So United Consumer Finance Services (UCFS) paid ATC 100% of the fee. However, ATC lied and said they had started the process. But I never signed any of their letters they produce to send to my timeshare. So, nothing was started. Thus, they told UCFS confirmed that the agreed upon services were provided or are in progress. However, services were not provided and are not in progress because they did not do anything.
Thus, pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission Holder Rule (16 CFR §433), any financing agreement connected to this transaction is subject to all claims and defenses I may assert against Alpha Timeshare Consultants. Thus, ATC should be paying UCFS back the funds. I will have to sue them to get them to do that. Do not do any business with this company. They lie and are the worst.

Your service agreement with Alpha Timeshare Consultants is terminated, effective immediately. We are formally notifying United Consumer Financial Services of this cancellation.
Your case also prompted a change on our end. Escalated cases now carry a hard 5 to 7 business day resolution window internally, specifically so no one waits as long as you did for an answer.
