This was not the easiest of sales in the slightest and throughout the whole process from start to finish JULIE JONES was absolutely amazing. Not an exaggeration to say this sale would not have happened without Julie's knowledge and extensive support (which went way over and above) Thank you Julie, for everything!

Having come from customer service backgrounds for over 40 years and having dealt with many estate agents over the years, we can appreciate when we receive service which is exceptional and above the norm. This is what we found in Alta Villas as Julie, Andrew and Soraya are a cut above the rest without a doubt and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
Never having been to Javea before, we contacted Alta Villas by chance over a year ago to view a few properties and have a look around. Andrew was immediately so welcoming and took the time to show us around the area as well, not rushing us in the slightest. We were hoping to build up a rapport with an agency which we could keep in touch with and who would get to know us and our needs as we were not in a position to purchase anything at that stage, and this we certainly did. Since then nothing has been ever too much trouble for the team, they have often gone out of their way to help us, and since moving into our lovely new home have provided us with guidance and assistance which is needed when moving to a completely different place. Aftercare is very rare to find but again we have found it in Alta Villas.

We rented an apartment with Julie Girling in Javea Spain apartment Adelfa in Altamar 11 and lost the deposit of 250 euro and paid 120 euros in cleaning fees. According to them the cleaning fees did not include "that much cleaning" and I consented to limited cleaning by requesting if I could checkout two hours later. Basically there is nothing you can do in those cases since they care more on getting the last dime covered by host then try and solve the issue. I would not call it a scam or fraud by Alta Villas but communication of Julie and George should really improve so real customer service 2017 style can be given. I feel that now I paid 370 euros in cleaning fees with nobody to consider my side of the story. As parent of two small kids I know we make more mess, but that's why I selected the cleaning pack recommended... I should to loose deposit over "more cleaning" we broke something of 15 euro which we reported.
