Excellent service, quick delivery, weird process
Ordered a keyboard from the Alternate BE and got it shipped to the Netherlands. The keyboard was delivered in excellent condition and I got it just a couple of days after ordering.
The process to make the order was unusual and confusing - and that was because I wanted the order shipped internationally. The procedure was that I had to make a request for a quote for the shipping cost, which I got the next day in the morning via email, along with a Belgian bank account's details. To complete the order I had to send the amount sent to me via email to the bank account with a reference that I was asked to give.
This experience could have been nicer if the shipping cost was calculated automatically and I could pay immediately by card.
Regardless, the service was amazing and even though the process had manual steps it didn't delay the order at all. The support was also very quick to answer my questions.
Would order again!

Hello , i had a problemwith 2 composant.Alternate solved the problem quickly.
Only one thing, I live in Wallonia, but received the mail only in netherlands. Think the mail could be in the Two (three) language NL, FR,DE at least. I have the chance that i understand NL but not the same for other people.

At first I was disappointed cause the graphic card was missing and the package was damaged but Alternate was very pro and supportive and solved this with bpost.

Not refunding a returned product
Bought a laptop that arrived damaged so i sent it back for a refund. Its been two weeks now and i still havent recieved a refund and customer support int helping me or giving me any updates either.
At this point i genuinely dont know what to do , its just stunning how bad the support of this company is.

Bought a laptop that arrived damaged , sent it back over a week ago and they confirmed a refund but I just don't hear anything back from customer support .. meanwhile I'm still stuck without a workstation because they take their sweet time and dont give any care to the customer support aide of things to actually give an updates
