they do not receive a return of the defective product
I bought a Gigabyte rtx 4090 video card from the Alternate Belgium store on October 14. The video card freezes the system at indefinite intervals (sometimes 4-5 times a day, sometimes every 2 days) and I manually reset it. I don't have any problems plugging in my other video card. On October 31, I gave the video card to the store for testing, but they said it worked normally. My video card is useless and the store refuses to exchange or get a refund. I will contact the store again and take legal actions

Afterwards we advised you to bring your computer in. It has been here for 2 days, before we could start working on your system, you contacted us and said you wanted to come back and pick it up.
We strongly suspect that there is something else wrong with the system, which is why we also recommend that you have your entire system checked by us.
