I called in today expecting to have to fight through a barrage of "not our fault not our problem" type conversations that are so common when dealing with airline travel. My experience could not have been further from that.

I was connected with a nice lad named Nick, who took the time to listen to an issue myself and my wife were having with our international flights. As is so common, our Domestic Airline had failed to properly reserve our seating with the International service. I expected to get the runaround and be told to go back to the airlines, who would inevitably tell me to go back to my booking agent.

But no, Nick took the time to figure out what he could do beyond just shrugging and going "not our problem, mate". This guy dove into the direct airline portals and sorted it out. He made sure that not only were our seats together, and reserved with the international carriers on their sites, but gave us some advice on where to sit. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I wish all customer service experiences were as admirably brilliant.

There's a reason we book all of our travel through Alternative Airlines. We've had nothing but good things to say about them, and any time there is a snag or wrinkle they're quick to clear it up. 5/7 perfect score.

What made this experience great, was the fact that I was able to book a flight on the desired day, for my family, to visit our daughter. The process was smooth and simple, I had no issues with navigating through the web page, and the company also made it easier to even book a hotel or rent a car along with the flight, in which I didnt take advantage of at the time, but other then that this company was a good choice to use for making my flight reservation.

I used alternative airlines when my original flight got cancelled due to spirit shutting down. Alternative airlines let me compare prices from airlines and I ended up finding a deal for both my fiancé and I last minute round trip to Miami for about the same price on a better airline. Alternative airlines has payment flexibility as much as ticket flexibility and I definitely would recommend using them to book your flights. My emergency was taken care of and I thought I’d be paying over a $1000 to find another ticket but my conscious was cleared and I’m really happy I’ve found this.
