Terrible customer service

I ordered an Iittala frying pan on 28/10/2021 which was supposed to be delivered by 08/11/2021.
The payment was immediately charged on my creditcard on 28/10/2021.
On 09/11/2021, without any explanation or apology, the expected delevery date was postponed to 09/02/2021.
On 16/12/2021, I decided the delay was too long and I asked for the cancellation of the order and full refund.
The next day, Ambiente Direct confirmed the cancellation of the order.
I since then haven't got a refund, despite having sent e-mails on 21/12/2021, 09/01/2022, and 18/01/2022, to which I have received no answer.

Bad customer service and long…

Bad customer service and long processing of return. No confirmation of received goods back. 2 times called them to process my return and received unpolite responses that they have 2 weeks to process it. Never had it in my life taking so long. Customer service should sound helpful and not like they are the Gods and you are bagging them to do something.

Total Disaster - SCAM continues

Total Disaster.
This company continues to trick people.
Lots of people without the products and without the money.
They reply that don't have my IBAN for refund (that already send many times) but like you see the SCAM continues.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. This website is a scam. They didn't delivery what I ordered for 5 months and when I asked for a refund it never arrived. Do not shop at this website, it is a scam.

No support on lost delivery

My delivery got lost and there was absolutly no support from customer service to solve the issue! No remboursement.
I will not consider ordering at Ambiente Direct again.
Very disappointing.

One month delivery time

I have been waiting for almost one month for my delivery. Even though it said on the website that the items are available within days. No communication from the company. I had to call them several times. Very bad customer experience.

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks! Sent broken item, a lamp, which arrived with no documentation or self-addressed return sticker. After phone calls and several emails, only received CHF41 reimbursement which didn’t even cover customs bill. Still no refund of about CHF297 after 3 months. Worst site ever!
Be careful when buying from them.

The worst customer service I have never…

The worst customer service I have never experimented online! I order 9 racks for 851,90€ in the beginning of Octobre using a 45€ voucher. 2 weeks later after calling every two days, someone told me that the voucher was not working on the website and I needed to wait again... Of course my payment was already out of my bank... A few days later I decided after a talk with another person from the customer service that I cancel... It was no problem, I will be refunded... and I was from 810€... why not more ?? because they don't refund vouchers!!! This german based company is a shame with customer service. Never order from them! NEVER EVER!

Very slow delivery, bad communication

I ordered a set of 6 small bowls. It took nearly 3 months for them to arrive. You can't really get in touch with customer service. I am happy that in the end I received my order as I'd pretty much given up but I sure will never order from them again.

customer service not reachable

No one ever replied to my messages until today. No one ever picks up the phone. Still waiting for the refund of a cancelled order I placed 1.5 months ago. Don’t buy here!!

Company has stopped operations

This company has probably stopped operations end Oktober 2021 but still taking orders. We ordered two weeks ago two chairs. One delivered but shipment was not correct and other chair lost. WARNING customer service has stopped to answer phone, messager, facebook and emails. We lost 1200 eur with Ambient.
