Broken furniture, terrible costumer service

Broken Couchtisch
Ordered a Couchtisch, it was on stock, it arrived within the frame as promised.
The furniture is damaged several places. I called customer service to exchange in case they have more on stock as I generally would like the furniture itself in proper condition.
Called for hours, several times, line just disconnect. Finally manage to speak someone, they confirmed exchange is possible. I sent pictures of the damages as requested. No answer more than a weeks now.
I would like to send back this item and I will order it from somewhere else. I do not recommend this website, this is not my first bad experience with them.
Last time refund lasted for 4 month and I had to report them on PayPal.

The call center of Ambiente Direct is a…

The call center of Ambiente Direct is a catastrophy. People do not care what they are answering, do not follow on customers requests. Just answering "they are sorry" to any demand, at the same time not being of any help, just asking customer to take action himself... Machines are "thinking" instead of employees, employees are sitting in their home offices and do not care if customer is satisfied or not..

My items ordered were returned back to Ambiante Direct per errors by postal service. The next day after return I called (one hour waiting for answer of an agent) Ambiente Direct. Was confirmed that my parcel will be sent back to me. Three days after I am informed by an automatic email to myself that the items were received and reimbursed !!!! What kind of service it's ? Calling back Ambiante Direct, another agent was even not informed about my call and request of return the items to me... It's just not important for AD to properly assist clients. Nice English speaking ladies are sorry for everything but they cannot offer you any assistance either ... No comments. This is not a quality o service of a design shop one could expect.

Customer service!

Still waiting for them to refund the two lamps I returned on the 6th of February (Tolomeo Parete Struttura Pergament and Tolomeo Mega Schirm Satin 32cm)
720 EUR.

Customer service, where are you? what are you doing?

This website is to run away!!!!

This website is to run away!!!!
I never receive the package even if I phoned 3 times per days to the customer service. The customer service is always unreachable, but only in the morning between 10 to 11.30 am.
I had to contact some people on linkedin who worked at ambiente direct to help me but no result.
The person at the phone just speak english or deutch but she’s unpleasant and she hangs up at the phone.
So bad experience because the package return to the wharehouse and they doesn't want to get me back. I am waiting the refund..

logistics and customer service are a disaster

Although they have good products, their logistics and customer service are a disaster and in rapid decline over the last two years. The ordered sofa bed was delivered totally damaged and now we are struggling to get a reasonable communication with AmbienteDirect to find a solution (no reply on e-mails and nobody answering the phone or calling back). We've been a good customer (25k€) over the last 2 years - but their business is not working at all any more. Never again

Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint, we have ordered a collection from the shipping company to pick up the defective goods again. We immediately confirmed this to you in writing. Since the replacement goods are unfortunately not in stock and are associated with a certain delivery time, we have not yet been able to send them. We ask for your understanding that we are dependent on the delivery of the replacement goods.

Very disappointing customer service

One of the flower pots I ordered arrived in thousand pieces. I reported it immediately and didn’t receive any answer for more than a week. When I finally called the customer service I was told I need to return the complete shipment to receive a replacement. Absurd! Never again.

Wach out! Prices change upward during the order process - fair and quick correction after complaint

update Feb.19: Ambiente Direct acted quickly upon my complaints, apologized for the error and reimbursed the delta.
original Feb 13: shopping basket and price of individual items is changing during the order. You need to be very careful to make sure you get the price discount they have offered you at the beginning. When you actually want to make the payment discount is gone or you suddenly have a second item in your basket for a higher price.
Never seen such a business attitude. Have made screenshots during the course of the internet shopping. Will consider taking legal action but first will give them a call tomorrow.
Watch out - this is tricky!!!

I waited for my order over a month

I waited for my order over a month, where I periodically got emails stating order items were not shipping due to delay and non-availability. Called finally after a month and support said the problem was the payment hadn’t gotten through…. Which was not true and I had waited in vain… Items were sue for a birth gift so very very bad experience and bad support

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I purchased a lamp. After one month I get the message that the order is cancelled. However I am not getting my money back. Even after sending a proof of payment. The company is not responding to emails and phone calls.
