Can’t recommend this company enough I put my order in online and irfan contacted me offering a replacement for something the hadn’t got in stock. Fast forward 3 days and my delivery is at my door with no damage like other companies

Used to have so much stock, now they have nothing really and when you order 90% of the time it's out of stock, disappointing considering a few years ago was a great site!
Poor Customer Service
I had bought three food product and there's two items I received are going to be expired soon. Therefore I emailed their customer team to arise this issue.
Unfortunately their staff name Tania has replied me we are not selling goods by the date. Apparently Tania does not care about their customer gonna eat expired goods or not.
Poor customer service without common sense, I feel sorry they did not have a staff who should have a basic knowledge. Will not order again from them.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. 2nd time I've ordered here. The products came after just a few days (delivered to Germany) and nothing was expired. Only minus point: I didn't get a confirmation e-mail about the order and my e-mail regarding that was ignored. Nevertheless, very happy with the buying experience.
Useless
Waited 2 weeks for my order, they ignored emails, phoned them to be told it was lost in the mail and they didn't have the items to resend my order. Don't bother, not worth the hassle.
Ridiculous company
Didn't receive confirmation email and on my order history it shown I had no orders even though I was charged. Sent two emails about this and got nothing. Had to pay for a phone call to ask about this and they said it had been dispatched, don't understand why they didn't just send me a confirmation email like any normal company!
When I received the order one item was missing and 3 out of 4 of the cans of drink I bought were completely dented. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody, I looked around and thought their range of products and prices were the best but honestly they are not worth the hassle just pay an extra few pounds for another decent company with good reviews. I now have to make a second expensive phone call to see what they are going to do about my missing and damaged items. Ridiculous!
Problems with the website...
I've been trying to order something off of the website, but it keeps emptying my basket and now whenever I try to add something to the basket, it still says 0 items in my basket. I've been trying for like a week now and the website is not co-operating... :(
Still waiting for a mistake to be sorted over 4 weeks later
I had ordered some of the Jarritos soda, and when it arrived I had been sent a wrong favour, so I got in touch with Americansoda and they said a replacement would be sent out and over 4 weeks later still nothing, even after a total of thee attempts were made (including the original compliant) and still nothing, would not recommend.

Amazing company, have used twice with brilliant service each time and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks too

Everytime we're in the mood for American candy, we go back to this shop to order the things we love. Every order so far arrived on time (shipping to Germany) and we had no problems with the quality of the food either. I would always go back to order more!
Out of date food and bad service! Avoid !!
I bought 3 tubs of marshmellow cream and some other bits from this company. My order arrived after a few days but I noticed the marshmellow cream was three months out of date! I rang them and was asked to take a photo and email it to them. I did. Next day I got asked for a reference number something I gave them over the phone. They said they would mail me a replacement. The next day they email me saying they were out of stock! Why say your going to replace it if you don't have it? I suspect this company is being ran at home by incompetent people. I wanted the cream for a birthday party. Now all I have is three tubs of out of date cream! Never use these!!
amazing service
after placing a order a order on the 26th October i received my order 2 days later i had a problem 1 of the 12 items was missing i would say it was down to the box that was used was not really up to the job and got a hole in anyway took photos and sent a email explaining i had a very speedy response apologizing for the problem and will get the replacement item sent out to me fast forward to today the 5th November a knock at the door it was a delivery upon opening it to my surprise it was was from americansoda it was not my replacement item but my whole order again in a very well packed sturdy box now that is customer service they have gone above and beyond one very happy customer
terrible, just terrible
they tried sending my package twice, the first time they lost it and had to track it down. then when they finally found it and got it sent they had issues with the outbound customs forms. after the package was returned to them 10+ days later they tried sending again. same issue. total about 20 days and no package recieved. what a waste of time...
in all fairness their courier service may be partially to blame for all the issues but thats no excuse for not using ups/dhl etc. or even just the regular airmail service. iwe ordered items many many times from the uk(and us, china etc.) but this stood out as the most messy order iwe experienced to date. i am posting this so other people dont have to experience what i did.
The worst service
4.99 for delivery Is a joke when your paying £13 for 6 drinks but then find it to not turn up on time and to call up to find out it's not even been shipped yet total joke the lady on customer services wasn't very helpful I felt like I was a detective trying to get information out of her 0/10. Don't order from this company I've seen snails move faster!
