Hale Pet Door

The webpage to order doors is not user friendly. I received a 580.00 dollar door to find out that it was made for a wall that was 10 inches thick which would not accommodate my home. Ordering the door size was a nightmare on this site.

The return/refund page puts you in an endless loop. Go to the webpage and try to find out how to return an item...good luck. It is ridiculously difficult on purpose I am most certain.

The company stated there is a 15% restocking fee/plus shipping when they sent it to me as well as my shipping to return the item to them. It has now cost me 180.00 dollars to NOT have a use able door.

It has now been 3 weeks and I HAVE NOT received my refund even though they received there door back 23Nov15. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Appalled at Inhumane Collars

I am disturbed to discover that the website advertised 'shock collars' something that along with other instruments of torture should be banned from sale, Cesar Milan on an English television programme was recently criticised for using these and even he conceded that as some individuals used them he advised them on them , however humane alternatives such as proper training are much better and not barbaric?
