No duty of care for vulnerable people
I have been emailing this company for months asking them to delete my account.
I have told them i am suicidal and begged them to delete it.
They keep offering me free spins to make me stay.
I have declined and told them no ty please delete.
They eventually suspended my account for a month.
Then after a month the emails started coming again.
This casino has no duty of care towards vulnerable customers with mental health issues.
Im sure it is illegal to pursue people like me and totally ignore my requests to permanently delete the account.
I will be contacting the UK gambling commission.

This is my 4th review of Amonbet and unfortunately my last. I want to be completely transparent and honest because I feel people deserve to know what they’re getting into before depositing a single penny.
First, some background. I would consider myself very experienced in online gambling. I’m a British male in my mid 50s and I approached Amonbet with my eyes open. I’m not here to blame the casino for my losses — gambling is a risk and I accept that entirely.
What I cannot accept is the deliberately obstructive and exhausting experience of trying to withdraw your own money.
Every single withdrawal I attempted triggered a new verification request. Bank statements, screenshots, proof of transactions — requested repeatedly, not just once. To make matters worse, Amonbet process payments through obscure third party processors with names like TSHPAI and Kryptonim — meaning your bank statement doesn’t even show Amonbet by name, making verification even more complicated and time consuming.
My withdrawal was cancelled multiple times. Four rejections on one occasion alone before eventually being paid — within 24 hours once they finally approved it. So they can pay quickly when they choose to.
The VIP programme is frankly misleading. I was assigned a VIP manager whose responses were clearly AI generated — warm, professional sounding but utterly devoid of any specific or useful information. When I clicked on the VIP section of my account it asked me to join — despite already being a VIP member. Nobody could tell me my tier, my progress or what I needed to do to access better withdrawal limits.
Speaking of withdrawal limits — £5k per week as a VIP player. Deliberately restrictive in my opinion and designed to keep your money in play as long as possible rather than in your pocket.
There is no meaningful self exclusion facility. If you want to stop — and believe me there may come a point where you do — you’re largely on your own.
Depositing is frictionless. One click, instant. Withdrawing is deliberately the opposite. That asymmetry is not accidental.
I’m not writing this in anger. I’m writing it as someone who has been through the full experience and wants others to make an informed decision. If you’re a UK player considering Amonbet — please read this carefully and make sure you understand what you’re signing up for.
Update on my review; Having lost my entire balance, I logged into my account and clicked on the VIP section. Despite being a VIP member who deposited thousands of pounds, I was presented with a prompt to make a deposit. This single image summarises the reality of Amonbet VIP programme perfectly.
Another update 1st April; What a surprise they have updated my VIP status and now my “Non Verified” is now saying 2FA, whatever that means. Albeit I did receive an email from my supposed VIP manager right at the beginning saying I was now fully verified. Because I consider myself quite astute, I obviously have screenshot after screenshot (before and after) with dates of all my declines, cancellations. All the emails from this VIP manager.
Question for Amonbet: can you then please explain to me why all my withdrawals were cancelled and following each cancellation was a vague guidance on even more verification. At one point, it was cancelled 4 times before any progress. Then you wanted a specific 20 day bank statement. Bottom line you hold back as much as possible, find excuse after excuse in order to push the player to go back on and lose. Classic casino tactics. I just hope it’s one less player joining every time they read my feedback.

Amonbet refused to honour a £60 free bet, claiming I had a “duplicate account” — which is completely untrue.
I asked them to provide evidence (IP address, device data, etc.) to support this claim, but they have failed to provide anything. After challenging this, they have now stopped responding altogether.
Their explanation is extremely vague and suggests that simply sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi could trigger this, which is not a valid reason to deny a bonus without proof.
This feels like a blanket excuse to avoid paying out promotions.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this site, especially as they are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and there is no proper dispute resolution process.
If Amonbet wishes to resolve this, I am happy to update this review

My experience with Amonbet was straightforward at first. Account verification was completed and approved, and I was able to deposit and withdraw funds without any issues over a period of time.
That changed the moment I made a larger withdrawal.
Despite already being fully verified, I was suddenly asked to resubmit the same identification documents that had previously been accepted. This only happened after requesting a withdrawal, which raises obvious concerns about how and when verification checks are applied.
There was no clear justification for this, and the process felt deliberately repetitive and obstructive. Being asked to provide the same documents again, after they have already been approved and used for prior transactions, is not a reasonable or consistent approach.
This has completely undermined my trust in the platform.
It’s also worth noting that there is no clear evidence of regulation by a recognised authority such as the UK Gambling Commission. That lack of transparency, combined with my experience, should give any potential user serious pause for thought.
