I opened my account in good faith. Did what I needed to do in order to get the free bets. They did not honour their promise and no one replied to any of my emails. Having sent all relevant documents and all are correct. I have still not recieved my winnings. Now 4 days. I also didn't recieve my bonus bets. There was an offer of bet £5 and recieve up to £60 in free bets. I deposited £20. Placed a £10 bet and played £10 in the casino. They said they knew nothing of the bet offer and would investigate, even though it was a paid promotion by them on social media.
