I love love love buying from them
I love love love buying from them! I found them through a tiktok live and I couldn’t buy via the tiktok shop. They contacted me after I direct messaged them and Abbas was so helpful helping me purchase the items I wanted in my size and getting the ones that were not also listed on the website! Very very friendly and kind staff here and my items arrived in a timely manner. They are lovely and I will definitely be purchasing again soon. I received my order within days of…
I received my order within days of purchasing, they were all neatly packaged and secure. My only note would be for them to include more photos of their hijabs on their site so we could better see the material as the ombrè hijabs are pretty transparent. I also can't leave reviews on the official site which would be beneficial for other customers while choosing products.
All in all, I like this company and I'll order from them again :) thanks

My recent speedy purchase and delivery
Recently made a purchase after seeing after seeing a tiktok video of their new collection which hadn’t been uploaded on website yet. Contacted customer services who provided assistance immediately via WhatsApp, I even requested a few more items to be added which he did. Felt like I had a personal shopper.
I was surprised when the delivery had arrived the following morning! Bearing in mind the postage was free as I spent over a certain amount I didn’t expect them to send it as priority within 24 hours. The garments were packed perfectly and very pleased with the quality of their goods as usual. I have shopped with amsons previously a number of times and have never been disappointed. It's just a shame their stores are not local to me.

I am using this product since 2019 they claim its stop hair loss its not true.
Shampoo its not very good what ever they claim they do not have any evidence, but they are getting greedy and increase the price.
From £3.95 NOW its £7.95. Its not worth it anymore. Four pound increase with no Good reason. Just plane greediness. I will not buy these shampoo anymore.

Unfortunately, i think you are getting confused with our non fragrance shampoo and our fragrance shampoo, as the shampoo has never been 3.95 since 2019. It was £5.95, and it has gone up a whole £2, in 4 years and inbetween that £2 difference, we have had covid, brexit, cost of living and inflation.

Perfect place to order from if you live abroad
I had a great experience with Amsons. I’m based in Hong Kong and needed to order Thobes for my brother for Eid. I contacted them through their online chat system and the communication back and forth was quick & easy. The staff member (Waseem) helped me throughout the whole process, making sure everything was okay.
Overall, it was a smooth process. Will be ordering more in the future, inshallah.
