Excellent service. Delivery on time. No fuss, would defo buy again. Delivery charge is high.

Visited the Birmingham branch a week and half ago... And i found everything to be very expensive and badly managed.
Also had a problem with an item (electric bakhoor) I purchased.
I followed the instructions on the leaflet charged it fully and it would not work so I rang the shop to explain to one of the brothers who answered the call only to tell me I havnt followed the instructions and probably not doing it right.
He didn't seem interested to help or offer a replacement/refund which I think Is very bad customer service especially when I've just spent just short of £300.00 in total.
I personally wouldn't be visiting this shop again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Everything I brought was so much cheaper on amazon.

EFFICIENT/ HELPFUL & PROFESSION

I ordered a gift for my brothwr from Amson's for the first time and was very impressed with how fast i received the package. The service is good and the delivery was on time. I will be shopping more at the store and pleased with everything in general. The packaging looks 10/10 So guys I would reccomend to shop here when purchasing religious items.

Amsons is the best islamic store that i know the service is amazing and the online service to and the man with the hat by the till is a gentlemen and he helped me with what spray i want because i was in a rush because i really needed one and the online service was very quick with my order i was shocked and they have quick service and i am very happy with it and i will come to amsons again

It was really quick and easy to make this order, their number is on their site, I just WhatsApped them my budget and what I wanted and they were on it... efficient, helpful and professional! My friend loved her gift hamper! It came all packed nicely so as to protect the items, and underneath the packaging, a beautifully put together hamper. Very quick delivery on my items , items exactly as shown on the website.

I left purchasing my sons masjid books very last minute. In a desperate attempt I called every Islamic shop I knew…. Amsons went above and beyond. Took the list of books I needed and posted them out to me with a next day delivery service… as a mother who was feeling very guilty about being unorganised. I am so grateful to them and still in awe of how quickly and professionally they dealt with this for me.

The service and quality of abayas from this store are phenomenal. I've never been to a store with better quality abayas, scarves, or better service. Would definitely recommend for those looking for modest clothing.
