Good service. As this was for a battery replacement they should have confirmed at the time of making the appointment that’s battery was in stock. Luckily it was but if not I’d have been far from happy.

The process was really quick and the staff were very helpful and polite I would definitely recommend Amsys and if I could give more stars then 5 I would. Keep up the great work 👍

Highly responsive staff but took well over 2 weeks to get my cracked screen back on a job which should take at best hours..

Guys were helpful, shop had a nice feel and they fixed very quickly, would recommend.

I can't praise Kristian and Tanja highly enough. Tanja was so helpful in getting my Mac picked up for repair and Kristian for his emails letting me know how each stage was going.

During such a stressful situation as having your phone broken, Amsys have exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Sarah was such a star and not only helped me get booked in for the repair but helped me get the charges sorted with Apple as the repair was under warranty. I'll never go anywhere else for Apple Repairs.

My iPhone needed a new battery replacement and after getting a appointment from apple I headed down to Amsys. Guy on front desk was helpful & professional, picked up my phone later that day which was great considering the covid restrictions that are in place and the amount of work the engineers at Amsys must have on,Would use these guys again if needed.

I was kept informed at every stage of what was happening and my phone was delivered back to me within a few days and it seems the problem has been resolved. Very happy with the service.

Dropped and broke screen on iPhone 7 Plus rang apple they gave me Amsys number gave them a ring asked if they could fix it today they said yes they could dropped it off Within the hour it was fixed as good as new. Fantastic service very professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Service good as usual, with a software issue that was resolved. However, the turnaround time was slower than it has been previously. As I choose to use Amsys for their speed, this was a little disappointing but perhaps due to the imposition of the 2nd Uk lockdown.
