Misleading and unhelpful
Their site says I can cancel an order so I did request a cancellation as the order had not yet been despatched and I have an email from them saying the order is cancelled. The next day I received another email saying they cannot cancel it. And though I bought it on the website where all prices are GB£ it turns out the site is not a UK site, it's American and returns have to go back to the USA at buyer's expense - and their customer service is in the States and that's where you have to call.

The promised free gift didn't arrive…
The promised free gift didn't arrive and I have to say I feel the products are overpriced for what they are, and without the free gift I wouldn't have made a purchase at all as it isn't good value for money. When I contacted the company to ask where the free gift was they said it had been cancelled because I used a discount code, however this was not communicated to me. I would be very wary of the promise of a free gift as I feel this is just a con to get people to buy the products. They refused to send it separately and advised I return the whole order if unopened and place again! Clearly there is no reason why they cannot just put the free gift in the post but they chose not to, very poor customer service. I will definitely not buy again, I feel totally ripped off.
Awful Customer Service who blames customers
I rang Abh customer service line as I shade matched and ordered their newest foundation, when I received the foundation I swatched it and the colour was COMPLETELY different to what was advertised online which felt really misleading, I'm also an mua and a photographer so I generally know how these things work and I don't tend to get it wrong. But when I rang the helpline, at first I was told that there's no refunds or replacements because "it's your fault as a customer for shade matching yourself wrong", which was a completely rude thing to say to a customer and when I explained AGAIN that their online imagery does not match what I bought, I was then told that their advertised shades online results vary? So am I buying a mystery every time? So to say it's my fault then to say they KNOW they advertised potentially wrong shades but still refused to help me is disgusting. Estée Lauder, Mac, boots etc would have helped at this point and either refunded, or replaced no quibble.
I was told to wait and put a complaint in, which took AGES to then be told they still won't help, or refund or replace.
Misleading, rude and customer blaming. Shame as I love the main brand itself but this UK branch is awful.
Worst ever plz don’t buy

The whole experience is so awful. Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the incorrect address after sending through images of my front door and contacting the police for a ref number they are still asking me for images of my property with the front door open. I’ve been chasing this since 24th April and it’s the 13th May.
They keep asking me for my front doors image with different angles. I don’t get why they don’t believe me. I’m tired of this sh!t company honestly. I wish I can find the sh””ty parcel and throw it back on their faces but I can’t even do that coz I can’t find it
They have lost a customer
I ordered directly from Anastasia Beverly Hills as they were offering a 'free gift' of a eyebrow kit worth £26. (I originally only wanted the lip colour which a friend had given to me and I loved) but went ahead (enticed by the free gift) and ordered the foundation and a mascara to enable me to receive my 'free gift'.
No 'free gift' was received with my order so I emailed, heard nothing back so I went onto the 'live chat' The lady was very helpful but refused to send me my free gift as it was not showing on the order. I had definitely selected the free gift. I was offered a £5 off voucher on my next order which of course I did not want to take as an alternative......They offer free gifts with certain products at certain times so could easily have popped the free gift in the post to me. I did tell her that if the 'free gift' was not sent then I would not order their products again as this is not acceptable.
If I do receive it then I will revise my review
Worse customer service ever!!
Worse customer service ever!!! Do not buy on their official website. I ordered something, wanted to return it so I sent a request, got a positive answer but they didn’t send me the return form so I emailed them again, they apologised and sent me by email the return label. I tried giving it to my postman and he said it wasn’t with that courrier, so I went to a GLS access point to drop my parcel (since I received the package from that courrier) and they also told me it wasn’t with them. I was running out of time since you have a delay of 14days to return it. After sending and exchanging a lot of emails with their customer service, I was told that they do no offer free returns, but what was the return label I received for then ? Anyways, so I went to the post office and had to pay 36€ for sending it back to them. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!
Cosmos palette
I ordered the new Cosmos palette directly from them and one of the shades arrived broken and was spilling over in the other shades.
I asked for a replacement, which after 2 days of queries online, online, and on the ticketing system unearthed the fact that the whole palette range has production issues, yet they continue to sell them!
I found out because upon asking for an exchange, they asked me to 1. Pay for postage 2. Share proof 3. Ask for my paypal details for a refund and 4. Now continue to say I shouldn't bother to get an exchange as the are frequently broken, to avoid disappointment. Customer service was responsive, but only consistent in highlighting the issues with this product.
SO much hassle for a palette that's brand new, highly advertised and supposedly top of the range. I previously bought 2 other palettes from a retailer and was so disappointed by this experience. Hopefully I will get my refund soon...

I just received today my parcel with my order.
As it was first time doing a purchase on this website I did not except so much hassle from the customer service team.
I am using daily the brow definer in shade medium brown. As it finishef I said to order a different one, not going to Boost instead I said to order it directly from them.
I am repeteating myself, first time using their website.
I placed the order for brow wizz in medium brown, I did not even think that is not the one which I am using daily! How should I know that are so many types? I was in a rush, people does not have time to watch all your products!
I have contacted customer service today in hope that they will send me a return request and send it to me the item which actually I wanted to order:Brow definer in medium brow.
Do you know what they have told me? That they can replace the item just if was damaged not because I ordered a different product. So I should wish for my product to be damaged? Also, if you want to return the item you have to pay for postage.Very dissapointed.
Amazing products that arrived quickly.
I bought lipstick and mascara here; they arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. I tested the products upon receiving them.
The mascara makes eyelashes extraordinarily thick and lengthy. The lipstick is easy on the lips and its colour looks perfect.
Don't place an order from the ABH website or your money will get stuck !
I placed an order and the order value is 560 USD. I made the payment with my card. But they cancelled because that their system couldn't verify my card. How strange !. Now they lock my money for 14 days! I shop from MAC, Estee Lauder, Clinique, and so on. Never experience this kinda thing. Nothing but it's a trap to give pain to its customer. If they can't verify they should refund immediately.

Best team PayPal didn’t update my apt number when I put through other application so when I went to purchase the item I didn’t notice it didn’t update pressed place order and I jacked my whole order. I contacted them in which they are really good at shipping items quick at that point I have to ask them to call FedEx for me and they did with no problem and now I have my product loving life at it’s fullest lol 😂😂🤌🏻 With Anastasia freeze brows cause girlllllllllll!!!! It’s bomb like the customer service they provide!

worst customer service ever
worst customer service ever. they losted my first order and send me another one and so far so good. when both of them arrive I notify them and they without telling me anything try to contact the courier to have the package sent back, too bad it has already been delivered and I have already opened it. they tell me to send everything back and I tell them it's okay, but they fraudulently try to make me pay the courier. after a long time I convince them to start the return procedure themselves. today I delivered the items to the courier, I hope I no longer have to deal with them. Cringe. I have already sent the order back because I am a correct person. but a thank you would have been appreciated! if what you say is true I invite you to cancel the return yourself as I cannot do it. in that case I will update my review. They answered me in private and I really didn't expect it, they made me feel important. I hope the next purchase will go better, see you soon.

Excellent customer service!!!
I received a damaged liquid lipstick and when I emailed the customer services they were beyond amazing. After showing photos and video of the product they offered me a replacement with no hesitation. I was glad to know that I would receive another replacement without losing my money. I will continue purchasing their products as always.
