I absolutely love Anastasia Beverly Hills! Their products are beautiful, especially their GLIDR eyeshadow sticks, lip liners, and Crystal Lip Gloss in Glass, all which have become some of my favourite staple must haves!

I recently had an issue with two Kiss Theory Lip Balms and contacted ABH for help. Their customer service was fantastic. They responded quickly and kindly, and after I sent a video showing the issue, they arranged replacements straight away and gave me a helpful tip on how to use them correctly to protect the longevity of the product. If you haven’t tried this luxurious lip product, WHAT are you waiting for? It is devine!

It’s so reassuring to know that ABH not only makes gorgeous, high-quality products, but also genuinely stands behind them and looks after their customers.

It's been a long time since a company went above and beyond the way ABH did for me. A recent order ran into trouble through no fault of theirs. I reached out simply to let them know, not expecting any help, and they took the initiative to make it completely right. I was shocked in the best way. ABH makes excellent products and backs them up with fantastic customer service, which is rare these days. I'm truly grateful.

Excellent customer service when my lipstick broke

I love ABH makeup & when I ordered this time my products came broken.
In a matter of minutes after emailing, I received an email back that they were replacing my products for free and i had a confirmation email.

First of all, I was amazed at the amount of free products I got when ordering from the official ABH website as opposed to buying through retailers. I ordered one foundation and one blush trio palette, and I received another foundation, a blush brush, and a brow trio all complimentary (This also allowed me to try out and mix two foundation shades without breaking the bank).

Secondly, Customer Service was impeccable. One of my foundations arrived in the wrong shade, and I reached out to the team through email to sort out a replacement. Only *one minute* later I got a reply. The whole situation was fixed within the next 10 minutes, and the correct shade was ordered for me. I did not even have to return the wrong shade. The team did a fantastic job resolving the issue.

Moving on to the quality of the products, I have not yet tested longevity of the foundation and blush on the face, but I will say it looks impeccable on my arm. I have never found a fitting foundation shade for my very pale skin from any other brand, but ABH's 000N came very close. If they would make an 000C, it would be perfect, as 000N did come out a bit yellow. For now I am going to try to mix 000N and 00C to see if it can fit my pink undertone a bit better.

The blush trio is very fun to experiment with because I can mix the shades so easily on my hand, and it looks gorgeous both on very pale and very dark skin. Impressive for sure. It also blends out very well. The only thing I would like better is if the walls between the shades did not poke out so much, as I would then be able to swirl the brush over the blushes for a good mix without having to use my hand as a mixing palette (As you can see, very minor complaints, I really have to nitpick to find something worthy of criticism).

I will absolutely be ordering from the ABH website again, as my experience has been overall very good compared to many other brands, and they have a pretty impressive shade range.

I would like them to recall their Micro Brow Pen. I love Anastasia brow products until they came out with the micro pen, which I absolutely loved until all the paint on tube flaked off onto my hands, makeup brushes and face, deeming it unusable.
They did comp me a replacement as a one time courtesy for the first one, but the same thing happened and when I reached out to customer service to report it again………they just don’t care. I was not looking for yet another free product, just wanted them to know this is still happening.
All my other Anastasia do not have this problem. I think this was serious enough to reach out.
This pen cover is dangerous and am glad I have not gotten in eye and pray no one else does.

Ordered my package a month ago never received it customer service sent me a new one right away very appreciative

Bought the new kiss theory not only is it tiny but its not a full stick when purchased ....

Superb customer service and fantastic products

I just caught some of their lip velvets from Ulta and Amazon and now I feel the need to buy as many more as possible because the pillowy and natural finish and the buttery consistency are to die for for me they do not dry even tho they look like they do

Had the most exasperating experience trying to order a gift card for someone as a birthday gift. Placed the order successfully twice and, both times, the order was canceled instantly by this merchant with no explanation whatsoever as to what its algorithm "flagged". Took the precaution of calling my bank, who confirmed there was no issue on their end and that this was a merchant action. Multiple calls to their customer service line yielded a busy signal each time. Was finally able to reach someone via chat, who was useless. A waste of a significant amount of time on a holiday. Would not have bothered to continue to try ordering from this site had the gift recipient not requested this specifically. Not that ABH cares, but after this poor user experience I won't ever order here for myself or others in the future.

UPDATE TO ABH RESPONSE: First, no fewer than 6 calls were made to the customer service number between 11-12PM EST, which were each met by a busy signal or promptly disconnected. Second, the mystery issue was NOT resolved and I did not successfully purchase the gift card; rather, we were only able to procure it for the recipient because we asked someone to purchase it on our behalf, and we then reimbursed that person. If only ABH was as diligent about customer service as it is about monitoring its online reviews.

I’m honestly wondering how these people got their products trendy! They have got terrible service! Very poor customer service, placed an order in December this is Feb 13 I haven’t received my order, I complained to the team only for them to issue me a refund! Why couldn’t u reship the products? So I waste my time purchasing products and hoping to receive them and have them cancelled after 2months. Very shitty service

I placed an order on 15th January and now 19th. Nothing no tracking or dispatch notification and no replies to my messages sent on several platforms. This is not good customer service as I explained it was a birthday gift for 23rd January and site says Priority mail. Email returned as not correct address is this company a scam

My order was placed on December 30, 2025. 15 days passed, and many emails were sent, but the shipment has not yet been dispatched from the US!

UPDATE: Today is January 19, 2026, and the order has not been delivered yet. Moreover, the tracking link does not show any updates since it was created.

the online ordering is poorly managed. It took WAYYY too long to finally get my order, with only a virtual chat bot answering my complaints and queries.
a big mistake to not just drive to the actual store to buy what I wanted.
really made me like them less....
