I’m very pleased with how things turned out. Sarah helped me initially, going through all the paperwork and explaining things clearly, which made the process feel manageable. On my second visit, Linda handled the handover. She was thorough and patient, taking time to set up the car according to my preferences. Both visits felt well-organised, and it was reassuring to have everything talked through properly. The staff I interacted with were approachable and helpful throughout.
The car is now set up perfectly for me.

My recent experience with Ancaster Epson was a bit of a shambles, never got a link to put a deposit on a VW Polo after being advised not to use the website link to pay the deposit . After spending a Friday agreeing to buy the car. Got a call on Saturday saying it had been sold, then the manager tried to help by offering me alternative cars that weren’t suitable, but wouldn’t sort the Polo issue out… As said just shambles, they are nice people but the process let them down.

Ghastly experience today. Turned up as arranged with Skoda for service/MOT to be told my service contract could not be honoured as they are no longer officially Skoda. Great.
A letter would have been good explaining the situation, a phone call maybe, what did we get? An email after the booking that went in to junk. Contract has transferred to Drift Bridge Garage apparently, who tell me the transfer is a mess. I could have told them that. Now waiting in reception having wasted a day - even the coffee machines don’t work here.
