This school is an absolute joke
This school is an absolute joke! It’s gone down terribly over the years because it being run by a tyrant ( Mr Dow). The same guy who has given his wife’s ( single parent of a child who went to the school) family jobs without these being advertised, there’s zero effort to hide the favouritism and the special treatment they all get. Dow also employed a care taker would is an ex policeman who lost his job by supplying prostitues with drugs! Yet it’s ok to have this guy around children! Dow over the years has had huge amounts of complaints from staff about bullying, racial abuse, homophobia and none of this was ever addressed. Staff have also witnessed over the years how he humiliates children by shouting at them on the stage in front of the school at lunch over a microphone. One child actually peed themselves. It’s also come to light that Dow will only employ women, apart from the deputy head, but heaven forbid if one of those women answers him back, he will not talk to them for weeks and make them feel very uncomfortable to the point of tears every day. I would highly suggest you avoid this school at all cost.
If you want to work in a very depressing school which is been run by a vindictive tyrant, then this is the place for you.
