I ordered a Porta chuck, arbor and keys from Anchor because they were one of the few UK sellers and I specifically wanted this Porta item. Unfortunately, I received the wrong chuck - the correct size, but a cheaper model that is less accurate and rugged than required. Several calls to Anchor's landline went unanswered, as did an email, which they later said had gone to their Spam folder. Eventually I spoke to someone by calling the mobile number given for WhatsApp messages. The person I spoke to was helpful enough, but didn't seem to understand why the grade of chuck was important and just said he would check for stock of the correct item. He didn't call me back, but when I called him again he said there were none on the shelf (despite it still being offered for sale by Anchor on eBay). He offered to send a 'more heavy duty' chuck of a different make, which now a month later I haven't received. I was maybe unlucky, but other sellers (Axminster, Arc Euro Trade, for example) have in my experience offered more professional customer service and much better product knowledge.
