Absolutely amazing company! Super easy to contact via email and really responsive and helpful! I bought my wedding dress from here (I know… I was nervous to do this online haha!) but WOW it was soooo worth the plunge! I had my dress made to measure to fit my body and even requested some details to be added to the dress, which they did with zero extra charge! And I absolutely loved everything about it!

I ordered a dress and when it came in I didn’t like how it looked on me. I requested to return it and got a bunch of harassment to return it with other options. I declined other options and requested to return it and get my money back. They said I needed to return to china for $80 shipping fee and the post office said I could return it to the address on the label so I chose to do that. Then they ignored me when I let them know it was received. Still haven’t gotten a dime back and no longer have the dress. Very frustrated and will NOT recommend to anyone else to purchase here.

I bought a mother of the bride dress. The price was right and I received the dress four days earlier than originally predicted. The dress is exquisite. The color is stunning. The embellishment is just perfect. It looks exactly like the picture on the website.

Bought two bridesmaids dresses for my adult daughters. Their sizing is weird, so took all measurements and followed their size guide. One suggested a size larger than my daughter usually takes, the other suggested 2 or possibly 3 sizes larger which seemed excessive, so went down a size.
Dresses arrived and the quality was good and dress style lovely, BUT the colour looked completely different to photos, Barbie pink rather than raspberry. Both dresses were huge especially the one I sized down on, plus it had dirty marks on the front of the dress.
I contacted them and at first they seemed very helpful, although they said that they had sent the correct colour they seemed to offer to custom make dresses for free in the the nearest colour to what I wanted if I sent details of the colour. When I mentioned returning the dresses for refund or exchange they said this was not economically viable and if I returned it would be at my own expense, but they would offer a discount if I instead ordered different dresses in the colour and size I needed. Basically buying 2 more dresses at a reduced price and so wasting my money. I was not happy with this but they refused to agree to a return and refund or exchange even for the damaged dress, telling me to wash it!
I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back, which thankfully was successful. Buyers Beware!!!!

I recently purchased multiple dresses from Lavetir, including custom-made ones, and was really impressed with the quality and fit. The website is straightforward to use, and the size guide was spot on. The dresses were comfortable, lightweight, and arrived on time. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like adding pockets at no extra charge. Great service overall—highly recommend! Four stars because there’s always room for a bit more perfection.

Good communication throughout. Easy to raise an issue and rectify. The dresses were of good quality and better than I expected.

Ordered a lovely burnt orange dress for my mother of the bride! Fantastic high quality material, perfect fitting upon arrival and delivery was very reasonable and timely! There were so many great colour and size choices, the size guide provided on the website was very accurate in relation to the size of the dress, making it a very hassle free purchase! Absolutely love the dress!

The dress was beautiful, well made and the color was great! It fit well. Was a little nerve wracking waiting for it to arrive to make sure it was "the dress", but once it arrived there was no question. Customer service was very helpful in replying to my inquiry about when the dress would arrive.

Was very unsure ordering my bridesmaids dresses online however when it came I was sooo impressed with the look/colour/quality! Delivery was super quick! Can’t wait to order the rest of them now - they will all look stunning on my wedding day

Brilliant company. My friend is a seamstress and said the dress is remarkably well made for the price and the seams were generous for any alterations required.
I used the made to measure service and the dress was spot on.
