Great service from in store to installation of product!

We were favorably impressed with the array of products that were on display. We found the sales representative to be very knowledgeable regarding the carpeting we were looking for. She provided information about quality and cost and other relevant factors. Because she presented an appropriate combination of courteousness and interest in our needs and wishes, we could not be more pleased with the service she provided. She allowed us to take a sample carpet to our home to assist in our decision making; and she visited our home within a couple of days to follow up and share her advice and perspective.

Showed up as scheduled, replaced the flooring throughout the entire house (1750 sf) in less than 2 days. Moved all large furniture cleaned up and removed all trash. Looks great

The staff was very knowlegdable and professional from start to finish. They worked with our schedule for the installation. Installers cleaned up after themselves very well and we got a call the day of installation asking if we were satisfied. Great experience and we are already planning on going back! Thank you!

Great products, both carpeting and LVP, we had 1500 square feet of condo completely done by them. Workmanship is outstanding! Not a trim piece missed or a tack strip exposed. Finishing quarter-round we used was perfect also. Great staff, what they said, they did. Recommended without reservation!

There was a necessity to have it done within 3 weeks. I was promised it would be done in time, but it wasn’t. The contract did not indicate a necessary time frame. I had to call to expediate the process

Our builders recommened Anderson Carpet One, and from start to finish our experiences were 1st rate. Jennifer Sprigle was our sales rep - who was knowledgable, helpful in her guidance and kept us in the loop regarding status of the order (which incl wall-to-wall, staircase runners and custom cut & bound area rugs. She and the various folks on the management team (in particular, Ashley) were always helpful, including inspecting the carpeting before setting up deliveries - thank goodness, as the placement of one of the area rugs required 3-4 men to move a 5' x 5' glass coffee table (glass pc approx 250 lbs) an its metal base (base alone was over 600 lbs). And, the area rug that coffee table would be placed on had some kind of damage - which Anderson Carpet One saw and ordered a replacement before setting up the delivery. That action alone will keep me a loyal customer! And the delivery staff - I couldn't say enough nice things. As this super-heavy table had to be placed perfectly b/c we would never be able to make any adjustments - they were incredibly patient & took care to be sure it was in the exact right spot ... to within 1/8th of an inch! Pricing? I believe their pricing is fair - not cheap, but the quality of the products are very, very good to excellent. All in all, we were very happy and I can comfortably recommend this firm.

Both sales and installation went very well. I am pleased with my product and its installation.

Great customer service. They guide you but give you time to look at colors, fabrics, etc without pressuring you into commiting to a quick sale.

We were completely satisfied with the entire experience from working with the sales staff in picking out the carpet all the way through the final installation. We would definitely be a repeat customer when the need arrises.

We have had multiple, costly problems due to poor installation, and Anderson now refuses to deal with us. I have an e-mail from the President of Anderson Carpet One telling me that our problems are “incidental and unrelated” to the installation.

Several months after the installation, our powder room toilet began to leak from the base of the toilet. A plumber found that the toilet had been improperly re-installed by Anderson after the flooring was put down. The toilet had been installed using the old wax seal (or was not properly seated on a new one) and was not re-bolted to the flange, allowing a leak to form gradually over a period of months. This repair cost us $180. Anderson refuses to accept responsibility, saying it’s been too long since our installation and so therefore can’t be their fault. Our toilet didn’t leak for 20+ years, then got removed and reinstalled by Anderson, and then leaked within 3 months. And yet, the problem is “incidental and unrelated”?

Around the same time, we got a new dishwasher. Unfortunately, the old dishwasher could not be removed normally because Anderson had installed the floor boards so that they partially covered the feet of the dishwasher, requiring a much more difficult and costlier removal. The appliance installer said he had never seen a floor installed so carelessly.

Anderson's installer left food trash behind after the installation (which they admitted when questioned), and had to come back twice to repair the threshold where the kitchen meets the carpeted dining room.
