Unhelpful response about measurements
I asked about how to measure my waist and chest i.e. exactly where on my torso to measure for the best results and the representative pretty much kept telling me (paraphrasing) “There is a size chart.” With all due respect I KNOW there’s a size chart; I am asking how to use it beyond “look at the numbers and measure” and I don’t think that’s entirely unreasonable.

Painful online experience. Avoid!
Their digital experience is absolutely horrendous, and is more than enough to make you never want to shop with them.
Made the mistake of signing up to their mailing list. Receive at least four spam emails a day, but some of them actually have good offers, so I decided to shop around the website….another mistake!
The user experience on both the mobile and PC websites is hideous. Some of the issues:
- no sorting options
- filtering criteria are really limited and you can only select one filter at a time
- when you click into a product and then go back to the main page, you lose your spot on that page and have to scroll down to find where you were
- inconsistent currency display. Sometimes it’s in USD and sometimes it reflects local currency (AUD) so I have no idea what I’m actually being charged.
- in the checkout view, individual product prices are shown in AUD but the total price is shown as USD so this is quite misleading
- on three separate occasions, I have put multiple products (15+) in my cart (because the products actually look quite nice) and then the cart automatically clears itself and it’s empty, with no way of retrieving my products
Safe to say I will not bother filling my cart for a fourth time, and will shop elsewhere!
There are much smaller brands with significantly better online experiences. Shopping shouldn’t be this difficult! Sort it out.

Quality is average. Stock is pathetic. They never have sales when items are in stock. Their mobile website is also terrible. Everytime you click on something to view and then hit the back button it brings you back to the top of the page instead of where you were.
Shipping has gotten even more expensive. Used to be around 7$ for no tracking. Now they force you to use tracking and it's 11$!

The products are excellent. Communication & Refunds can be challenging.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with their underwear and swim wear! I love the accesories as well. Andrew Christian has superb products and I am a repeat customer.
However, there were some issues with communicating with customer service and getting a refund, which ended up getting resolved after some back and forth.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had an exchange with Andrew Christian and I was referred to a WhatsApp number to text. It's been 11 days and they still haven't read the message. I followed up with an email that also hasn't been responded to. The shirt was received but no information if I am getting the next size or what is happening. During this time period, I had exchanges with 2 other companies which were resolved and I received their new product right away. Still waiting for Andrew Christian to read my simple question...

Two months later, goods still not delivered
I made a purchase on the AC web site (order 1001481994) on November 27, 2022. According to their tracking info, the goods were shipped a few days later. They spent around 10 days as "exception" apparently waiting for the US custom clearance, and then were delayed due to the flight rescheduling (UPS). Goods reached Spain and cleared Spanish customs on December 19. Apparently first delivery attempt was on 28th of December and the second on the 29th. I was on holidays, out of the country. There are print screens available with all of these messages and phases of shipment. Since then - NOTHING (22 days). UPS Spain has no update and tells me that only SENDER can initiate search. I assume that if there were two delivery attempts that UPS Spain should know where the goods are. My email to AC customer support cs - at - andrewchristian.com has not been answered nor acknowledged. We are getting close to 2 months after the purchase and the goods are still to be seen. I paid for the most expensive shipping option they offered, and this is what I got. Shipping form California to Spain takes normally 5 to 7 days. Avoid AC for your good if you live outside of the US.

Huge disappointment, super slow shipping
It's been almost a month since I placed my order. Still waiting as of I'm writing this review. I've ordered stuff from the US to Canada and it only takes 3 days. AC is a huge disappointment, considering they add custom charges to their customers (other business never do this).
