Andrews Ecoflo 230/960 failed within 4 years

Installed a brand new Andrews Ecoflo EC230/960, catastrophic failure within 4 years. Bearing in mind this was during covid the boiler had very little use and with a purchase price of over £7,500 this was a very expensive mistake. Contacted Andrews, no warranty and zero interest in any kind of subsidised replacement just wanted to sell me another one at full price! A commercial boiler of this type should last considerably longer than 4 years.
