I ordered a wing mirror cover for my car and struggled to fit it as a couple of clips were broken. Didn't realise this at the time though and it was a few weeks before I contacted the company about it. Nevertheless, despite the time that had passed and my continuing slow responses, Andy's autoparts replaced the broken one for me. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use again.

Used Andy to purchase 2 coloured bumpers, arrived within a week and packaged really well, will use again

Quality job, good customer service

Just wanted to say what a great company to deal with , put my order in , and got a reply within half a hour , ordered a ford fiesta wing mirror with colour coded cover , arrived very quickly , well packed and in a very sturdy box , iv used Andy before a couple of times and will use him again in future , great price , great service . a pleasure to deal with , cant recommend this company highly enough .

The business has great customer service and a wide range of products which i understand are in great condition. I ordered a mirror cover for my current car, this was well priced and was available for either side of the car. I only needed one mirror cover which once ordered was dispatched really quickly. despite the original item getting lost in transmit. Andy's Autopart's sent a duplicate out to ensure that i received my item on time.

I’m disappointed with the service, Although Andy does respond. It’s been almost 3 weeks I have been going back and forth and still nothing received.

Edit - increased to 3 stars, item delivered. Ordered on the 5th received on 16th. However please expect 2-3weeks delivery and lots of communication and emailing in order to receive item. Not a scam.

At least you have the comfort of knowing item will be delivered eventually.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Will definitely be using Andy's again the next time I need parts for repairs!

Very happy with my mirror cover. Exactly as described and ordered. Arrived safely and fit perfectly. Good quality and good price. Couldn’t find it anywhere else online so I was pleased that I found it here.

Ordered parts "Fast Delivery" I had to chase multiple times for an update - no dispatch information received, phone number didn't work.

Business was responsive to email however and agreed to refund after 10 days.
