Was with them for over 20 years. Worst site ever!! I only stayed with them because I had important web sites and files stored with them. Then just recently, they deleted it all, I lost it all. During the 20 year time I was with them, they were down a huge percentage of the time and zero support, no phone number to call. Horrible service.

You can "open a ticket" and converse with a complete fool who had no answers and knows nothing and then basically have to slowly come to terms with the fact they've lost all your hard work and there is nothing they can do cos they are technically inept and have clue what they are doing.
Wesley Soza is utterly incompetent and talks absolute rubbish, if it wasnt so incredibly frustrating it would be laughable the contradictions he comes out with. "Customer service" ? It's a joke.
