Dirty and damaged luxery procuct sold as new.

I've ordered with this seller 2 years ago and everything was fine then.
This time it was a disappointing experience. First of all the oder has been shipped 5 days after purchase (not within 24/48 hours after purchase as mentioned on the website).
I received the order 10 days later. The slipcase of this collector's edition was so dirty it was embarrasing, and olso it was damaged.
Also it was not tied up with Lalique ribbon, which is the standard for this luxery brand.
I guess this is not an authorized seller (anymore) and they are selling old stock without mentioning this on the website.
I won't recommend this seller fot this luxery brand.
