I haven't received my order and there's nothing I can do about it; I feel cheated and robbed.

I ordered this item on 15 June 2026, confirmation from yourselves that was despatched on 16 June. Today 29 June 2026 I still haven't received my item. Not happy at all. Actually I'm really fed up as it's a product that my dog requires, it's not just a toy or anything similar. Please reply without saying it's on its way. You've been asking for a review.

I'm adding this to my original review to say thank you very much for replying so quickly. I hadn't received a message from Royal mail confirming they'd delivered my parcel (which they normally do). I'd been in hospital and my neighbours hadn't said they'd seen it in our safe place so I'm very grateful for your response. I will give a review about the product itself when I've started using it.

A great product was very easy to order and dispatch was quick. now to hope it benefits my doggie

So far so good. Fast delivery. My doggo doesn't struggle with his tummy any longer and does healthy poo.
He is accepting it with wet food as long it is mixed well.

Tried to place a subscription every 8 weeks but it would not work contacted sales who also could not do it there end so we settled on 6 weeks

The service and knowledge at Aniforte is quite exceptional. The products do what it says on the tin. I have been going out of my mind with endless vet bills and no resolution. I received some holistic direction on issues my dogs are struggling with, which I would not and didn't get from my own vets. Thank you

Quick response to order, delivery was a bit slow but I think this was down to Royal Mail.
Have not used the product yet, did not realise our dog would need 5 tablets a day, difficult getting one inside her never mind 5.

First class customer service. Instant response to my query and no hesitation in sending a returns note when I told them that the vet said the supplement wouldno longer be appropriate for my dog. Cant fault this company at all.

Very responsive once they picked up my initial message. I am satisfied and happy that they replaced the original bottle without quibble and did so quickly.

I bought this in good faith. When I received the package I read the safety instructions:”Wear respiratory protection, eye protection and skin protection when handling”.
There is no way in hell I would give this to my cat!
If it’s toxic for me, it’s not safe for him.

Fast delivery easy web site to order and great products

I ordered quantities of the Aniforte BARF product in 2025 via Amazon and several months later had a product recall due to "microbiological contamination". One of my dogs was very ill and needed vet care following the first orders so I emailed Aniforte using the website contact form to get more information about the contamination issue as the product had already been consumed. I had no reply so rang Customer Services and gave the history. I was promised a call back, didn't receive one and have tried three times unsuccessfully since. Each time I call, I'm promised a response from the QA team and told there's no one in Customer Services who can help. No one seems to have a clue or is willing to help, which is appalling given the circumstances. Documenting here to see if it will generate a response, failing which I'll take legal action. Ironically the recall came the same day I'd started a subscription direct with Aniforte.

This was my first experience with this company. The product arrived in the expected time scale and well packaged, my dog has not been using it for long but our vet recommended it as she is 12 years old now and slowing down. I would hesitate to use this company again.
