I would recommend Animal Friends Insurance to a friend
I was warned about how tricky it was claiming for pet insurance and how expensive it would be - but I must say Animal Friends Insurance have been really very good. They have always paid the claim (in my experience), quickly and always available on the phone to answer any queries and generally very patient with me! Had to claim for my french bulldog winter, she was rolling around in the grass and got a grass seed stuck in her ear, animal friends paid out really quickly. Highly recommend. ❤️

To confirm, your excess is applicable per condition, per policy year.
If your claim falls below your policy excess, no payment will be made to that claim however, if you submit a further claim for the same condition, the remaining excess will then be deducted.
