Really lovely staff and great value for money with the animal trust pet plan

The main problem with this place is ‘Dawn’. She’s rude, unsympathetic, unprofessional, she needs a course on being sympathetic. Receptionists should show compassion and respect owners visiting instead she’s the total opposite. Not what you want when visiting for help with your family baby! If you don’t like your job then why not go look for something else where you have no contact with the general public.

Polite friendly staff overall, the attention my pet received from the vet was amazing and cannot be beaten on price highly recommended.

Took our staffie as she was not a very well dog,made appointment to find she had cancer,the vet we saw truly was amazing,did bloods and got results in 30 mins showing high markers in her system,gave pain relief right away,a week later she wasnt well and went emergency vet,the cost was cheaper than a vet we had used previously but it was sunday and wehad to travel a few miles,again iy was worth it as they gave her more meds.at next appointment we were told her time was short but again she was kept pain free.been again today and again given injection and tablets,we know her time is short but we know when it comes she will be in the best hands,her vet is a man who truly cares for his patients,he was tearing up when he told us we were not going to have her for long.The kindness and compassionwas there for us to see.We would give 10 stars if we could.

Staff were excellent and saved me pooch kira much appreciated

Friendly front of house staff.
Vet very sympathetic towards my pet.
Explained all options available to me.
Cost for tplo surgery expensive but cheeper than other vet practices.
Only downfall was, living in middlesbrough had to travel to bolton for dogs operation.
Was worth it though as my dog was well cared for.
I would deffinatly recomend animal trust.

Wouldn't trust my 2 idiots with any other vetenary practice in the area! Helped me say goodbye with great dignity to my last 2 babies too.. 💔Thank you to all the staff, you do an amazing job x

Really impressed with my first visit . A friendly , empathetic and knowledgeable vet . I feel that my much loved pet is in good hands here

I was worried about my cat, I explained his symptoms over the phone and got an appointment to see the vet right away, the staff were wonderful, both the nurses and the vet. My cat had the required procedures the same morning and we collected him the same afternoon and we were given his medications. They made things as stressful free as possible for us and our cat, and it didn’t cost the earth. Thank you all very very much.

This place is amazing, I use the Shrewsbury branch , they are very lovely staff and always helped keep my cost down . Highly recommend this vet.

Liverpool branch is a fantastic vets staffed by lovely people. My dog had a difficult operation to remove a growth and the care he received was second to none. The surgeon was caring, lovely and extremely competent, and shared in our joy when his tumour was found to be benign.The cost was extremely fair and less than half of what I would have paid at my previous vets. I would recommend this vets to anyone, it’s the best I have come across in 60 years!

Terrible service, would never use again

This was the first appointment at Animal Trust and I was blown away by their compassion, knowledge, understanding, clarity, prices and effiecency. I wish all vets were like this as I have had an awful experience with local vets. I trully felt I was in control and understood all the oprions and outcomes. I will be registering all my other pets here.

Great vets my little dog holly was under them for a while Olivia was second to none best and most caring vet I have ever seen.their pet plan is excellent. Value for money..thank YOU for looking after my holly the way you did.i dont know how I would have coped without your care and compasion
