I followed their online size guide and bought the dress that would potentially be a little too small for me. When it arrived, it was enormous. I called the store and they told me to come in to try dresses on, which I did. I ended up with a dress two sizes smaller. The sizing guide seems to be nonsense. Then, when I got my new dress home, I found a security tag on it and had to go back to the store again! I complained to head office and also gave them some very specific feedback about their sizing guide. All they offered me was a 10% discount on another purchase… I get much bigger discounts from other retailers without having had a poor experience. Rubbish service.
