Purchased some rose gold vermeil earrings however on arrival the plating had already rubbed away showing silver in several places. The description on the website states “High quality durable plating. Will not tarnish, rust or make your skin green” so I contacted the company to complain about the condition the earrings had been received in, however they simply replied saying that my order had been completed.

A beautiful necklace for a 21st gift. Came in the time stated in a pretty box and wrapping. Very pleased.

The order needs better detail and instruction as sizing was an issue. It was made and delivered fairly quickly. The downside was the measurements listed with the necklace- millimetres/centimetres were confused on the website and also when ringing, so I was disappointed as the necklace described as Korrina size was larger than I imagined - hers fits quite snuggly and mine doesn’t at all.

I was given a name necklace with diamonds as a gift for my birthday. My mum had paid for express so it would arrive in time, however it didn’t. After a week, one of the diamonds had fallen out, so we messaged Anna to see if it could be fixed. We had to send the necklace back to her and requested it be returned by a particular date (a month later) so I was able to wear it to an event, which she said it would. Sadly, it arrived 2 weeks after the initial requested date… and a diamond was missing again!! I decided to send the necklace back and request a refund, upon which Anna said she cannot give the full refund as we were given a necklace free with purchase for spending over a certain amount (which also broke) so we’d have to pay for that one - if she’d have mentioned this when we were discussing me returning the name necklace, I’d have sent this back too.
Overall just really poor quality and service - highly disappointing.

I absolutely love the mother-of-pearl d pendant and ball chain in 14ct white gold. So pretty and wearable for dressing up or casual. Excellent service too. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the d pendant has been attached on the chain in favour of a left-handed person and if I attach it how I do all my other necklaces as a right-handed person, it becomes a b charm!!!

I have received today my two beautiful name necklaces. They’re stunning! One in rose gold (mine) the other in silver (my daughter’s). Anna Lou customers service is also brilliant, prompt and friendly. I will definitely come back for some more lovely treats. Thank you very much!
