The quality of the item I purchased Is eccellent.

Didn’t receive item. Disgusting service. Going to go through my bank.

it has been 3 weeks since date of ordering and I have still. ot received my order no AP4729605

Anthropologie allows Nuuly sellers to use its platform to sell items and then hides behind a “Final Sale” policy when a customer believes an item has been materially misrepresented. A final sale policy should not excuse inaccurate descriptions or representations of an item’s condition.

The delivery was very fast, despite it being checked by customs. The products are great quality and were well packed which was important because I ordered glass.

Great products but sizing inconsistent- had to return jeans as too small despite being same size on label as current jeans from Anthro!

Great choice, quality and value. Packaged very well and delivery was quick too. Highly recommend for those special pieces and for everyday items!

Sadly I would not recommend buying from Anthropologie online as they are now charging a return cost when returning items. Very disappointing!!!

Lovely dress good quality and prompt delivery

Interesting clothes as long as you don’t pay full price, which doesn’t justify the quality. However, truly shocking customer service. Unresponsive, unhelpful and just not interested in sorting out problems. Don’t bother.

The items were carefully packed and I love my new tea cups and t-shirts!

There was an item missing from my order. I emailed however have not recieved a reply after several days. I would have expected contact and every effort made to resolve yhe situation

I like Anthro's products and in the past have had good customer service. You used to be able to call and talk to a live person, and their ethic was to resolve problems. Over the past year (I am writing mid 2026), they have done away with or systematically downgraded their customer service to the point where it's too aggravating to bother shopping with them online. I used to purchase something at least once a month and most of my items were kitchen/dinning/home goods so not much need for customer service, but considering what they have degenerated to, I don't know how shoppers could deal with apparel, which often needs adjustments. If you do shop with them, use a solid credit card company (in my case AMEX) that you can file a claim with when you need to follow up. I spent 45 MINUTES with their "chat" line (not sure if it was an incompetent person or a bot), and I could tell that things weren't being done effectively, but I was told to wait. Wait I did, for 2 weeks, and the return was clearly not processed. The vibe I get from Anthro these days is that they just don't care, and they may even pick up some extra funds by failing to honor their customer service promises. Shockingly ugly corporate behavior.

The quality was not up to standard...shabby finish on seams...loose stitching...stitching missing...to top it all i had to pay to return a faulty item...wont b shopping there again!!
No offer of reimbursement for the postage either...v v poor customer service ...i was extremly disappointed 😞

Delivery was prompt and it was packaged beautifully. The bedding pattern and colour is fantastic. Quality quilting and stitching adds to its luxurious texture. So pleased to have purchased.
