Do NOT buy from them!
I wanted to return an item, they avoided my email about it , i was forced to repeatedly sent emails about my return.
I received a damaged item, they refused the refund saying it was me damaging the item which is a lie! they are to be avoided and i will open a case this week with Italian Consumer Affairs for fraudulent transaction .

I have made two purchases so far at Antonioli, this June and the end of November, each with a great shopping experience. The prices are competitive along with the amazing coupon codes, if available.
My June’s purchase included a Balenciaga hoodie and Givenchy sneakers.
My latest order was a pair of Valentino boots.
I emailed them about an issue of the product detail. And it is so generous and kind for the Antonioli after-sale team to have multiple email messages back and forth, providing me with extra additional support and some level of refund. I really enjoyed the conversations and found the result very delightful.

My experiences so far as well as Viviana’s support made me believe that it’s worth shopping at Antonioli. I’ll come for another purchase soon~~

Shockingly rude customer service. They refused to refund a pair of Comme des Garçons trousers described on their website as 'wrinkled' (designed to look worn) because they thought I used them, washed and returned them. The woman I tried to speak to on the phone did not let me talk and was extremely rude and unreceptive, she said she knew her products and was sure they had been used. The pictures they sent me to prove their point highlighted the same features as the pictures on their website.

Found very much sought after Korn x Adidas t-shirt. Ordered Friday, received following Tues morning in the UK. Good communication throughout. Expensive delivery charge but it was super fast.

Bought a pair of trainers which were sold out on the original website through Antonioli, and I’m so glad I did! The price was a true reflection of the original retail price (unlike other sites which inflated the price significantly), super quick delivery and updates, and I also want to shout out Deborah in the customer service team who was so helpful and quick to get back to me when I queried something. Will definitely be coming back here in the future! :)

they even sell second hand product as new product. Though the price is lower than list price but they didn't mention it. I want to return it after their normal return period and they rejected to offer the return. Will never buy from them and be careful of the product quality if the price is lower than list price.

Fantastic service every time.
Ordered here more then once and have also had to return. Never had a single issue. order delivered with in a few days to the uk and return also processed and refunded within a few days. Prices are often better than a lot of other websites and items always turn up in pristine condition.
Would definitely recommend!

Try to avoid avoid this company. They have cheap prices but use DHL to ship internationally and disable the option for customers to redirect the parcels to secure collection points.
This means you have to wait in all day for deliveries.
Other companies permit DHL redirection and it’s much better for the customer.
People have lives and the retailer should be making thing easier and helpful wherever possible and this company fail in that respect.

I had a quality trouble with the item that I bought through this shop. I asked for the help by an email to the customer service, then I got quick responses and they contacted the brand representative certainly. I felt I can trust this shop and buy brand clothes securely.

Preorder at lower price then two month after told you it’s the system error. Scam…

I ordered a dress on this site, it came with an inverted label, I asked a question in a letter that it might have been a fake, sent a photo, but I never waited for an answer! the dress looks real, but the tag sewn upside down confuses me. my order #1030748

note - they extort personal data contrary to the GDPR policy - they make you send a copy of the documents

Do not order from this shop! I returned a jacket from Marina Yee that arrived with a damage (the attachment of the belt was loose) and also the belt had another color then displayed on the picture. Now the shop is not refunding my money as they state that they need to check the refund with the brand. Never again will I buy from this shop. This is FRAUD!

I ordered a Fendi Bathing Suit per FARFETCH from this company. I returned it the same day I ordered it and I didn’t even try it on since I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I used the original packaging and everything. Now they contacted FARFETCH claiming that the labels are missing, the label is ripped out and there’s spots all over the bathing suit and are refusing my refund. I’ve never had such a negative experience with any company before and I’m truly shocked. I have contacted my lawyer and I will definitely take legal actions.

A few months ago, I paid for an order using Alipay and the money was deducted, but I did not find the order on the official website. Later, I began to contact them by email to ask for a refund, but they kept saying that they could not refund and asked me to wait for them to solve the problem. It's been two months now and I still haven't heard back.

I bought a pair of McQueen shoes and they’re amazing.
The shopping was very fast and overall very good service

Ordered a pair of Dr martens, fast shipping, got another size of the boots but i think is ok anyway, there are no half sizes on dr martens but they didn’t specify in their page

Wow, this was my first order with Antonioli and honestly it was an amazing shopping experience. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon and received Friday morning. Bags were as described and well packaged. I was in two minds about this retailer at first after reading the negative reviews but honestly it was spot on. Cannot fault at all. Emails were replied to within minutes and the service by the customer support team was brilliant. I will definitely be shopping at Antonioli again. Thank you guys. 10 out of 10.

On 3 december ordered a present for my girlfriend (prada shoes € 930,00). When we unpacked the box the shoes were damaged so I returned the shoes and asked for a refund, because i don't want these shoes anymore. Untill now no refund received with the reason that the supplier prada needs to check the claim?
Poor customer service experience for a company like them
