They are always helpful and have gotten us out of difficult situations multiple times. The people that come to help in the Netherlands are always friendly and know what they are doing. It is well worth the cost to sign up for the European wide wegenwacht.

Very poor
Very poor. I needed roadside assistance, they took days to help me and then now it is already almost 2.5 weeks they did not bring my car back to the garage. Very poor service. I regret to register with them.

We waited 3 hours and they never came
We waited 3 hours. After 1 hour we received a text they were on their way. They never showed up and never let us know they weren't coming. When we called they lied and said they don't come to your home, but the homepage of our anwb insurance says "We come to your door." Then they tried to say it wasn't covered because it's the wheel which is explicitly covered in our policy. Wasted an evening and paid way too much for the policy and alll they did was lie to us--and the bike is still broken with no help from ANWB

So when it does not, it is not pleasant. We would like to take a look at what happened if you would like. Could you send us a private message via facebook with your membership number? There we can have a look at the situation together.
ANWB wants to force you keep their client
This company doesn't help you, they give you advice that you can ask your grandmother ("go to a garage"). Ok, I find another company. But they insist me on sending a factuur 7062438839, as I was still their client!! ANWB: I know you read this, no further message from you will be read, and go to the judge if you want to force me to be your client.
PS - also stop with this annoying Kampioen, what I have already asked you to stop sending about 8 years ago.
Again: advice to go to a garage: that I call my mother.

Indeed, we sometimes advise going to a garage. This is because we can only temporarily or not fully resolve the issue. We hope you understand this.

"Ga naar een garage" For advise to go to a garage, I call my grandmother (who never drove a car). 3 times left without help, 1 in the fields of Germany, 1 with an APK item broken, and 1 with the clutch broken. I knew that I could further drive to to the worst garage possible, but 10 years ago I could really talk to a mechanic who would help me solving the problem myself, if he couldn't.
