Every time I contact Anytech365, they try to charge me another £1000 plus, even though I have covered all my appliances for three years.
Caller became very angry when I queried this. Could be a scam

As usual your service was, not only, accomplished but most appreciated. Thank James.

In 2021 me and my cohab bought a five year service contract from Anytech365. For about 800 pounds they took care of our computers.
When it expired in March 2025 we bought another five year contract. This time Anytech charged us 1300 pounds, but so far they had done a good job. So, why not.
At the end of January 2026 we receive an e-mail from Anytech. It's time to serve our computers, it says. This is quite ordinary as such mails come a few times a year.
I call Anytech365 and one of their technicians goes through our computers. When finished he directs me to Kalle Jonsson who describes to me what the technician has done, nothing else. This summary of a second person has never occurred before, even though I've been talking to quite a few technicians over the years.
A few days later we receive three e-mails from Anytech telling us that we have purchased a three year contract for 1000 pounds which will be deducted from our account.
I call Anytech. Rebecka answers. Here I assert that I have absolutely not bought a new contract and would it not be very strange for us to do so when we already have a contract covering the next four years. She doesn't comment on this, but says she unfortunately can't access that kind of information at the moment. I ask her to find someone who actually can, and may enlighten me.
The same evening there is an e-mail from Hakan Holmen at Anytech in our mailbox. Here it says that when talking to Kalle Jonnson I agreed to extend our Platinum IT support contract with Anytech by three years. Our contract will now last until April 21st 2034, at a cost of 1000 pounds.
Next day I call Anytech and soon I have this Hakan Holmen on the line. This man claims he has a recording proving that I have bought this new three year service deal. Somewhat inaccurate, to put it mildly. When talking to Kalle Jonsson, neither him nor me mentioned any contract of any kind. I ask Hakan Holmen if he can play this recording for me. Yes of course, he says. But he never does.
In Hakan Holmen's e-mail is a link in which it should be possible to cancel, recall and likewise. However, this link only directs you to a problem solving site where you can ask for support for malfunctioning computers.
Therefore My cohab calls Rebecka at Anytech, but she shows no interest in solving our disagreement. In total we have talked to several staff members at Anytech for at least a couple of hours without getting anywhere. After a moment of thought, I really think our conversations would fit better in one of Kafka's novels.
In Anytech's problem solving link my cohab then writes that she wants a complete documentation of what our five year service contract for 1300 pounds contains and that our virus programs will be updated through the duration of our 2025 contract. Moreover, they must cancel the new deal, i.e. the imaginary 1000 pound service contract.
Being slightly clueless we call our bank who advice us to cancel Anytech's right to use direct debit. We do so. The same evening we receive new e-mails from Anytech. Three of them say that our bank has denied us our right to direct debit. The last e-mail informs us that the 1000 pound deal is off. Apart from that – complete silence.
So:
Do we praise Anytech365's way of doing business?
Would we recommend Anytech 365?
Will we let anyone from Anytech inside our computers from now on?
Will Anytech update our antivirus programs for the remaining four years of our contract from 2025
What do you think?

I have used AnyTect365 for years and the service has been exceptional. Alex handled al my issues and brought my systems UpToDate professionally and was instrumental in removing unwanted/unneeded apps. He has been professional and patient with me since I'm in my eights and not real computer savvy.
