80 year lady
80 year lady. They put fridge freezer in said wait 4 hours before putting food on. Plug behind fridge freezer how the hell was i supposed to pull it out didn't know it had to be switched on. Spoke to about 5 people one man at 2.00pm said would give me fod voucher? Finally speaking to a man who said he would send someone out after shift finished. Spoke to him about food voucher said you didn't do it.i had milk and butter sitting on unit for over 24hours by then. He said he would credit me £13.00 think £13.12 went in bank account how the hell did he come to that figure for compensation. I also gave the men who delivered the fridge freezer £10 tip. Told him I wanted it back. As I couldn't really understand the delivery man who was talking to me not English not at all happy. Anyway a man did arrive and do the fridge freezer and got my tip back. Not good service. My washing machine has broken now will not use again. Going back to Currys.

The guys turned up exactly when they said, carefully brought in my new TV, and removed the old one with both speed and care. Very polite and helpful the whole way through. And good news, it did in fact fit in the space- just! My next purchase needs to be a measuring tape!

Refused installation
AO driver arrived this morning to deliver and install a dishwasher, but he claimed it could not be installed because the water connector would not fit with the existing pipes. A change in the angle of the pipe bringing the water in would be needed, he said. Then I went to take pictures to explain to a 3rd party plumber what was needed to be done, but realized I could fit the connector properly without even touching any existing pipes. Basically driver was either not capable or didn't want to do it, or who knows. I called customer service, explained and offered evidence, but they said it was up to the driver to install it or not (even the justification for refusing is not true). I've now sent an email with a video evidence showing that the connector fits, requesting an explanation, and another driver to complete the work. I'll update in case of any response, but it's already a disappointment.
I've scan a few reviews and noted that I am not the only one with unjustified refuse for installation.

Delivered on schedule. Left guys to get on with it whilst I dealt with another issue. They let me know when they were changed over. No sign left of the old appliances or the new packaging. All tidy and done in good time.

The delivery was delayed, but I was notified by phone that they would be later. They quickly and efficiently removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one. It took maybe 10 minutes. The delivery people were very nice.
