I mistakenly parked in the Mid Stay car park at Luton Airport, as I was unaware that the free drop-off arrangements had changed. APCOA kindly reviewed my request and agreed to refund the amount as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciate their understanding and helpful customer service.

Unfortunately our flight to Tiree was cancelled last minute due to weather on the island. I spoke to a lovely gate operator who was very sympathetic and provided me with an email address to help apply for car parking refund. I am happy to report I was provided with a full refund. What an excellent customer service team. A special thanks to Paul for all his help! Thank you

Found it very difficult to get through by phone on the number provided. 6 calls, all with a 20 minute wait and then at the end of each 20 minutes a message that everyone is busy and I should leave a message.
I left multiple messages and no-one responded.
There is no evidence that this line is even manned.
HOWEVER
When I DID get through (by selecting a different option to the Claims Team option (option 5) I was very pleasantly surprised
Luke Tempest, Service Agent, was friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic and customer focused.
Solved my problem immediately whilst I was on the phone. Superstar indeed,
Note to APCOA. Relying on individual heroes to rescue you from poor tech and/or insufficient people is not generally considered a good long term business strategy.
Luke gets 5 stars, your queuing system gets none.

I already booked a car park space prior to my trave from Blackpool area, half way into my travel I urgently needed to return home for an family matter
I sent an email to your service centre and explained everything I could for a possible refund as I didn’t enter the airport

I was wrongly charged £50 at the Drop Off exit, Glasgow Airport. Paul Harwood at Apcoa was brilliant. He looked into this for me and it transpired the cameras did not show me exiting, hence the high charge. Paul reacted to my query, quickly, with courtesy and ensured a refund of the money wrongly taken Big thanks.

Booked our parking ticket on line, instructions were easy to follow. Upon arrival in Manchester car park was easy to find, used the code that was sent to my phone, parking was sorted in seconds and the bonus,it was a 5 minute walk to our hotel

All worked well on the day.
However I did initially book the wrong day as the website was set to the following day and not on the day and I couldn't amend it which was frustrating and had to pay twice.
Bring able to amend the booking would have been better.

Cannot recommend this parking, the spaces are tiny and there is so little room to manoeuvre.

Car park was easy to find and no issues parking but we had problems connecting to the EV chargers which seemed to have a mind of their own. Parking was pre-paid and easy to organise.

I attended East Midlands Airport rapid drop off zone today and then made a payment on the registered account I created earlier. The whole process was so user friendly, particularly my request for an email receipt. This was confirmed by an adviser, namely, J Finn who accessed my details with great clarity and efficiency. J Finn's prompt action reassured me about the payment having been confirmed. You often wonder whether payment has been securely received and JFinn's professionalism gave me the reassurance I needed.
