I needed a receipt for my parking

I need a receipt for my parking. There is no way on the website to obtain that. I called the number (hard to locate), went in circles, then was told by automatic message 'You've reached the wrong department.' I tried the chatbot, which couldn't help and passed me to a human being. He wrote 'This service is for drop offs only. You need to call [number I had already failed with]. Nobody would take responsibility for this most basic business function. Pathetic.

Coventry Sky Dome car park is my go to…

Coventry Sky Dome car park is my go to in this city and has been for several years now. Over 800 decent sized spaces, the 17 floors are kept clean and tidy by the friendly, helpful staff. There are 2 lifts. The prices are reasonable starting at £1 for 1 hour. You pay before you get into your car to leave. There are pay points on a couple of floors only. The app for pre- booking & payment is easy. It’s just a short walk into the city centre via Spon Street with its mediaeval timber buildings.

Car broken in to- no security at all

Charges parking yet there is no security or cctv. My car was broken into and written off. At your own risk. They don’t care.

Avoid at all costs !

Booked parking at Stansted with cancellation protection. When I cancelled my booking I received an email over 15 working days ago that my refund would be on my card in (max) 10 days. I have emailed numerous people 6+ times and even sent a letter before action now. All of which have been ignored. Do not use this company under any circumstances!!

I had a problem with confusion over…dates

I had a problem with confusion over payment for parking resulting in a payment of £170 to a debt recovery firm.
Ashliegh of Gemini parking reviewed the payments and has asked the debt recovery fund to repay the £170.
She was most helpful in reviewing the payments.

I purchased a 7 a week quarterly season tick and got a ticket anyway!

I purchased a 7 a week quarterly parking permit for a long stay c/park in Banbury and started parking from the permit start date. three days later i get a parking fine that was issued incorrectly and unlawfully. The PCN issuing operatives clear do not thoroughly check their data base for authorised vehicles. They clearly need re-training

Isabella H was very helpful

Isabella H was very helpful. Parker the auto response was not and needs work. Generally people are in need of advice they cannot find, so parker is actually detramental to the process of a live chat than supportive. Isabella was great in confirming i had already paid my charge as expected, adn that the text about unpaid costs was a scam (as thought). Not only that she promised to share and review to stop this confusing others in future. Great service, thanks.

Pre-booking is so easy

Easy to park and felt assured that I could leave car for 24 hours. I was worried with having to leave the car park in the early morning however, it was so straightforward and easy to do. Would use again.

Easy to set up reservation for parking

Easy to set up reservation for parking. Car number plate recognised at entry point. Parking secure with pedestrian access gained through parking ticket. Site close to Crowne Plaza and Arndale Centre. Happy to use again.

My car was attempted to be broken into, with a wrench which they left behind. Had an alert at 1030PM via car app that the alarm was going off. Car park isn’t secure to many people can access. Lack of CCTV also
