Mr. Dean Wright came to my home today to do a survey. His dress was quite presentable.His mannerism was impeccable and he went about his work in a very good and professional way not forgetting to put on his shoes covers. I will afford him a 10 out of 10.

Paul from Apex Surveys did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and professional.
I was particularly impressed that he didn't postpone the appointment, instead choosing a 3 hour drive through floods at the start and then heavy snow at the end.

Paul visited us today to complete the survey for potential heat source pump. He was very thorough in all that he did. Ours was quite complex with just moving into the property and totally changing the outlay of it. Very polite young man and definitely knows what he is talking about. Would highly recommend. If I could give him 10/10 I would. Top bloke

Yes, all very positive, spent almost two hours with us and was helpful and polite and answered all our questions.
Also managed to fit us in at short notice.
Didn’t appreciate how much detail would be required !

This is an honest review of Mr Ben Burnside - he was polite - very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had - he most certainly is a credit to his company and would welcome him back anytime . Ben even phoned me up to explain why he would be a few minutes late due to an accident when his appointment was 10-11 so didn't really have to . absolutely top man

Paul was very thorough & efficient fitting two surveys into one visit. Explained any queries that I had & was very personable throughout his time surveying my house.

Paul came out to visit and conduct a survey on the request of a third party business as we’re looking into airsource heating. What a gent! Very impressive work, really went above and beyond to make it a simple and pleasant experience to have the house surveyed. Really couldn't have asked for more from Paul.

Kate, the surveyor, called me in good time to tell me when she would be arriving and, more importantly, arrived on time. She was very efficient in carrying out the survey and demonstrated a thorough understanding of what was involved in the installation process. Excellent client relationship skills.

We've been using Apex for quite some time and found them to be excellent in every aspect of our renewables surveys. This week the bar was raised even higher with Kate. Her knowledge, work ethic and general presence around the property owner was superb. She answered the most difficult of customer questions which built a level of trust that may well result in a successful sale

Ben turned up a little late but DG had tried to contact me. (My phone was on silent) He was very pleasant and personable. Also knowledgeable, efficient and careful. I have no hesitation in saying this was a positive experience .

Let me know timings in advance even when an accident en route. The survey seemed thorough and he talked me through options for battery location as well as options for panel location. Look forward to the results coming through
