Not great for the price we paid.
Pulled up outside & thought we had the wrong place - it was a house that has been renovated into “suites”.
The outside was very run down, the houses around about all had the windows boarded up or kids playing in the gardens, which you could hear in the “lounge area”, totally allowed.. but should be more sound proof!
The apartment itself was nice, however, the room was stinking of cannabis and wasn’t greatly cleaned. When we turned on the jacuzzi bath, lots of rose petals came out from the previous users, showing it hadn’t properly been cleaned.
The man who showed us to our room must have been the manager, took a phone call while showing us around and was very rude and cheeky to one of the employees over the phone, making us feel extremely uncomfortable, there is a time and place after-all.
If we hadn’t paid a good sum of money for the two nights we stayed, we would have definitely had just turned back and gone home (even though it was a 3 hour drive). Wouldn’t recommend, sorry.

Jacuzzi does not work properly cracks in the sink the rooms are very small for the price and the jacuzzi bath is tiny where not all the jacuzzi jets even work. Avoid this place like the plague. Ghetto area of houses not what you expect the location to be

- location isn’t great it is on a small residential street with families with young children
- not worth the money due to location and although the inside is nice, things were broke, kettle didn’t work, tv up in the bedroom didn’t turn on and the led lights couldn’t be turned off
- residents in the street will knock on the door or report to the police if music is to loud some of my mates were asked to leave at 3am due to someone calling the police for loud music
- didn’t get our deposit back and it’s been well over a month now to getting ignored my the owner so I’ve given up trying now

This is not an appropriate area for a air drop b&b, as it’s a residential area with young children. It’s advertised as sound proofed but it isn’t as neighbours to this property we are 1-3 times a week kept awake by the music shouting and sexual activity 9 out of 10 times we are disturbed
