Great people to work with, found places that met needs

I made an inquiry with a local facility about a tour and within minutes I began to receive multiple phone calls, texts and emails from A Place for Mom. This is harassment!
I have unsubscribed from email and text notifications and I am hoping the phone calls stop soon.

Our family overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Our consultant Natalie was genuinely empathetic, caring and a pleasure to work with. She provided me with all the right insights and positive aspects of locations to look for. Her service was friendly and diligent. Thank you A Place for Mom!

Timothy listened to our deal breakers and provided us with a great list of facilities to check out. We quickly narrowed the list to 2, of which 1 checked off every box! We toured the facility twice and even attended a Thanksgiving feast for residents and friends/family. The choice was easy, and the process was quick and efficient. Move in is taking place this month as we prepare to sell the house and vacate!

I was looking for a senior care facility. I had no idea how to do it. A place or mom gave me leads and enabled me to find a place. They are very helpful.

Staff were professional, took their time to explain and address all of my issues.

We have had our loved one at McClellan Senior Living for 3 years now. I can honestly say that we have had no complaints whatsoever and can't say enough good about this facility. The staff truly care about their residents. It is so obvious if you just watch the day to day activities. You will see a pat on the back, a hug or just a staff member speaking to a resident in such a kind way. It truly is the best of the best in our opinion.

I would give a million stars for "A Place for Mom!!!!" 100 %, if it were not for their expertise, their care, their understanding, their hard work looking for a Memory Care Facility for my dad who has Lewy-Body Dementia, as a family, I do not even want to think about where we would be. My dad took a turn for the worse with Lewy-Body Dementia (the worse form of Dementia you can have!) when my mom had a stroke in September. He got so bad within the span of a month and a half that we were desperate. I came across "A Place for Mom" when we were on the way to the hospital, sitting in the back seat of my mom's car, frantically looking for a nursing home for him. I filled out the very short questionnaire and they called me within 1 minute!!! Not even an exaggeration! They got to work helping me and my family! We have my dad in a very good Memory Care Facility and he has been there for about 3 weeks and doing as best can be expected. A Place for Mom?!?!?!?!...Absolutely, hands down, the best organization to help you out when you have a loved one that has dementia and you and your family are spinning!!! I cannot say enough about this organization. They literally saved us!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help!!!

Great recommendations made the decision for a location easy. They gave me all the contacts I needed to reach out for what we wanted.

They aren’t just helping match your family with the right situation for your loved one, they truly get to know you, your family, and your dynamic. They helped me when I had so much need, no answers and no idea where to start. I clicked on their link, answered 3 or 4 questions and then my phone rang. I had more answers in 10 minutes then I had been given by 5 different doctors in 9 months! I cannot recommend them enough!

I was connected by the social worker at the hospital when my 92 year old mother fell and broker her wrist. I needed as much guidance as possible -- I didn't know where to turn. I was first contacted by Julie (sorry I don't know her last name) and then referred to Kathleen. Kathleen Roesler-Coy. Kathleen was like a light in the tunnel guiding me. She contacted several facilities in our area to check for immediate occupancy and gave me other options. She answered my many questions (sometimes before I had asked) and made me feel like I had someone at my back. She followed up with me after we had found a place for my mom to see how she was adjusting. I feel like she has genuine concern for me also.

I appreciated the check-ins and willingness to listen and make suggestions.

We really needed help finding a place that could take my mom based on her needs. From start to finish, Yvette was outstanding! Her suggestions of facilities were great! She scheduled visits for us and kept in touch the entire time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone on the hunt for assisted living care for a loved one.

Getting help to find a place for my mom was easy, with reasonable reach-outs for updates, and helped understand the landscape as a whole.

I had no experience in trying to select an assisted living facility for my mom. They quickly contacted me and helped me schedule site visit appointments that matched what we needed. they followed up regularly. I am VERY satisfied with their work. I honestly did not know that this service existed.

Our family worked with Erin Klancher. She was INCREDIBLE. I have no idea how we would have been able to achieve everything that Erin researched for us. Five stars, ten out of ten, highly recommended. She was constantly reaching out to us. She was professional and informative. She was thoughtful and empathetic to our situation.
