Extremely Pleased!

Shirts were delivered extremely promptly and orderly. I recommend everybody to go to apparelbus.com for their attire needs. I am very pleased and satisfied.

I ordered T18 rally towels & I received…

I ordered T18 rally towels & I received regular towels. I called many times & sent emails many times & no one has responded. I event sent a request for a return label & I haven't received one.
I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER AGAIN
*UPDATE* THEY SENT MY REFUND ONCE THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN. I GOT A COUPLE OF MESSAGES FROM THEM TELLING ME TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I'M STILL NOT GIVING THEM 4 nor 5 STARS BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED THOSE TOWELS I ORDERED & DIDN'T RECEIVE FOR A CUSTOMER'S ORDER. I LOST MONEY FROM THAT ORDER I COULDN'T COMPLETE BECAUSE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG TOWELS.

Shipment has no movement.

My order had been placed on hold for a week. They gave me no updates or steps to remove the hold. I could not have this order delivered to my current address because it is different from my billing address. That means I have to go to a different address to pick up my packages. This is highly inconvenient. Finally, I received an email about a review before I even received a shipping number (this order was placed a week ago).

Confused customer.

You guys said you wouldnt ship do to an address discrepancy, then you asked if you could send it to the billing address, I said yes that's fine. Then the next day, I got the sorry out of stock email. Then you guys sent the same "discrepancy email" again I said that it was totally acceptable to send to the billing address as that is my business partners address. So I am still unclear whether or not you guys are even sending the shirts.

Worst customer service ever!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. First order with this company and will be my last. 10 items needing returned. No answer from them at all. Do not do business with the company!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Nobody picks up or contacts you back. Had ordered a whole bulk of hoodies and shirts and said they could not ship. Now trying to contact but no answer. Never gonna order from here again and I suggest you don’t either.
