Terrible service

I do not have my TShirts yet and I have not been able to talk to anyone. There is only an answering machine. I have left messages by phone and by email and no one had tried to contact me.

Prompt customer service...

I've been ordering from ApparelBus for about a month and have been ordering bulk hoodies (20-30 units at a time). There have been a couple cases of missing hoodies but I've gotten great customer service so far. Missing and replacement hoodies are sent out quickly! I'll continue purchasing from ApparelBus given this level of service.

Quality apparel at a decent price

Quality apparel at a decent price. Their website is well organized and provides plenty of information regarding sizes, availability and prices. I will most likely order from them again.

Poor customer service

Ordering went mostly fine, but I was missing an item from my order and it took two emails and a phone call to get anyone to respond. I requested the missing item shipped to me but was instead given a refund without any follow up or discussion. Now to order the hoodie again would be an additional $20 on top of the purchase price for their “small order fee” and shipping. I guess at least I was refunded, but they need to step up their customer service game. Definitely wouldn’t trust a company who acts like this on small orders for anything larger.
