Customer for Life!

This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased with customer service, the price, and the shipment time. When I originally placed the order, I accidentally ordered the wrong colors on some of the jackets. I tried reaching out to customer service but it was on a Saturday that I placed the order and they were not open. I was really panicking, I sent an email, I called the number and left a voice mail trying to correct the order. That Monday morning I called and no answer. Five minutes later someone called me,I explained to the gentleman on the phone what happened. He told me that there were notes in the system about my dilemma. I was able to return the jackets of the wrong color and they sent the replacements in the correct color. Again, the shipping time was like 2 days from the time they sent them back to me. Customer service is top notch. I am a customer for life!

I had to order 75 blazers for my sons…

I had to order 75 blazers for my sons high school football team. Not only did they have almost all the sizes, but they took their time with our logo and it came out perfect. My rep Jason was amazing. The blazers came out AMAZING!!!

THEY ARE LIARS SCAMMERS IM SURE THESE ARE FAKE REVIEWS

I bought hoodies from them last year and I've dealt with this liars for months! I regret so much for wasting my hundreds of dollar on these LIARS!!!! The colors were so much darker than the photos so I asked for a refund, because their website clearly stated that they accept refunds. I LITERALLY SENT MORE THAN 10 e-mails and called them so many times. I eventually talked to a guy name Jason who explained that it was because they have been going through system renovations. I now know that JASON form APPARELBUS is a LIAR and a SCAMMER because their communication issue has been going for MONTHS and MONTHS!!! I only got a response back when I told them I would be pressing charges through my credit card company, I paid the return shipping fee, YET STILL the refund I got was less than half of what I paid. DO NOT WASTE MONEY FROM APPARELBUS THEY ARE DISHONEST LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!! Shame on you ApparelBus fraudulent employees. My order number is 119793 I have all the evidence of screenshots of e-mails and phone calls.

UPDATE: ApparelBus once again lies through his teeth.
I had once believed Jason's lies when he directly lied to me on the phone about server breakdown as the reason for their delay. Not anymore.
It is not clear as day that ApparelBus deliberately ignored my tons of e-mails and phone calls.
ApparelBus said, "You placed an order for 20 hoodies (Order #119793) and requested to return 14 of them more than one month after delivery."
This is a LIE and I have screenshot of my e-mail history to prove this.
Not only have I tried to contact directly through their e-mail, I even tried countless time through their website and calling them countless times as well.
ApparelBus said, "Even after the return authorization was declined due to policy, you sent the items to our warehouse without prior approval."
This is yet another one of their LIE as clearly shown in my e-mail records.
THEY LITERALLY REPLY ONCE IN EVERY 10 E-MAILS THEY DELIBERATELY IGNORE AND LIE!!!!!!
APPARELBUS IS BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!!

You placed an order for 20 hoodies (Order #119793) and requested to return 14 of them more than one month after delivery. As stated in our return policy, returns must be authorized and initiated within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, your return request was made past this period.

Even after the return authorization was declined due to policy, you sent the items to our warehouse without prior approval. Due to high warehouse volume, these items could not be processed or located. Despite this, as a courtesy, we issued you a refund with only a 20% restocking fee—lower than our standard 30%—on items we were unable to recover.

Your review is being posted over 13 months after the original purchase. We understand you may still feel unhappy with the outcome, but our team made every effort to provide a resolution beyond our stated policy.

We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding during communication and appreciate your feedback.

Zero Customer Service

Their website claims "We promise to provide customers with the best online shopping experience and services." and their e-mail stated "If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our friendly support team. We’re here to help you get your order moving in no time!" I tried every contact method they offer. Their 800 number claims they are closed when the website claims they're open. The local number goes to voice mail. E-mails and text messages go unanswered and their LIVE CHAT isn't even a live chat- it's a place to write a message and they'll get back to shortly? They never got back to me. Contacting them wouldn't have even been necessary but they have a policy that is not made known to you when you're purchasing that you can't ship to an address other than your billing address. This has been the biggest online shopping mistake I have ever experienced. They put my order on hold and refuse to ship it but they processed my payment right away. Save yourself the headaches and stress and do not purchase anything from this company.
